I had a client pay me by credit card over a week ago, and I still haven’t seen a dime. It has been nothing but going in circles with Wave, and I’ve gotten zero response or contact from anyone. Absolutely beyond ridiculous.
The system keeps flashing vague messages like “we need to talk” yet no one actually reaches out. I’ve searched my inbox, spam, everything. Nothing. Meanwhile, my payment is being held hostage and I have no idea why.
I need to be paid now, not whenever Wave decides to get its act together. This is not a minor inconvenience, it is hurting my cash flow and my business. The so-called “support” is just automated responses and no real help at all.
Wave markets itself as a tool for small business owners, but how are we supposed to survive if we cannot even access money clients have already paid us? If you’re considering using Wave, do not. Once they freeze your payments, good luck ever getting them back.
Recommendation: Do NOT work with Wave!!
