So, I bought some sheets from WaterBedBargains about 4 months ago. But, when I got them, they were totally wrong! I was so disappointed! I sent them back and asked for the right ones, but I haven't gotten anything back yet. And, to make matters worse, they haven't given me any credit on my credit card either! So, we decided to buy a new liner and bladder for our old waterbed frame from WaterBedBargains (waterbedbargains.com). When it arrived, we were excited to set it up, but unfortunately, it didn't work with our frame. We called the store, and they were very helpful in telling us where and how to return it for a full refund. We followed their instructions and returned it, and we even have evidence that the company received it.

However, we were disappointed when our credit card wasn't credited for two weeks. We decided to call the store to inquire about the delay, and they told us that we had to provide proof of return. We immediately emailed them the proof, and they confirmed that they received it. But despite this, they stopped responding to our calls and emails.

We were so frustrated that we asked our daughter to call them on our behalf. She managed to talk to them, and they promised to return her call with an update on the status of our refund. Unfortunately, they never did, and now they won't even answer her calls.

We feel like we've been robbed of our $850.00, and to make matters worse, it cost us $100 to mail back the two large boxes. We're now planning to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and hope that they can help us resolve this issue. It's unacceptable for any company to treat their customers this way.

In conclusion, we would never recommend WaterBedBargains to anyone, whether they're located in Illinois or anywhere else. Their online purchasing site may seem convenient, but their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about their customers' satisfaction.
