Sent a Ball Watch in for Trinium tube replacement which they claimed they could do, after 6 weeks they could not give me a estimate ( claimed to be waiting on Ball) So at this point I asked them to just polish case and watch and band, nothing else, wait for it $296! I declined and it did cost me $46 to have it shipped back to me. Avoid this place to shop local. Lesson learned the hard way.
