I have attempted, on numerous occasions to contact this company by telephone, to return the golf clubs they sent me for trial. On every occasion I have been put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and then the line disconnects. I received the "Best Christmas Grab Bag" postcard; an offer of an absolutely free gift, excluding shipping and handling. I tried calling the 800 number a few times and each time was given a very high pressure pitch to accept 4 hybrid clubs for testing and evaluation with a charge of $399 going on my card. After testing I could return the clubs for a refund...

deceptive business practices
I received a card from warrior saying because I was such a good customer they would like to send me a golf gift grab bag '' absolutely free''. It turns out ''absolutely free'' means 49.95 for s&h. Seems to me warrior is being deceptive in this program, might have said free except for S&H. Absolutely means just that not plus anything.
