Wade Heating & Cooling were very professional, worked very hard to get the job done in a timely fashion. After the install they took the time to show us how everything operated. The install was very well done and they took the time to make sure everything was protected. Thank you guys very much.

Wade was great! Quoted a fair price on my split system and was installed as scheduled. The employees were great and cleaned up when they were done. The office was also awesome with my financing. Went over everything ahead of time and answered all my questions. Will continue to use Wade for future needs.

The staff at Wade Heating & Cooling are extremely professional, considerate, and highly trained. Wade Heating & Cooling does my maintenance twice a year and is fantastic at his job. He always offers his professional opinion when needed and is very knowledgeable. I have been using Wade Heating & Cooling since 2013 for all of my heating and air conditioning needs.

The installers worked hard and did a fantastic job replacing my old AC unit with a new one. The weather was cold, rainy, snowy and basically miserable to work in, but the techs were professional, talented and courteous. I appreciated the consideration that they wore boot covers in my home and didnt track mud everywhere, Highly recommend this company

Great service from the estimate to the installation! Lon was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through our options and giving us a good estimate and the technicians were very professional during the installation: on time every day, cleaned up after themselves and really made an effort to make sure everything worked and looked neat. Highly recommend!

I have used Wade heating for many years & again they did not disappoint me. They just replaced my air conditioner that was over 30 years old.they were prompt, polite and professional & they Clean up after themselves. I will have them back in the fall to check my furnace which they installed 11 years ago and runs great I believe in preventive maintenance They are a great company

I loved working with Wade Heating & Cooling. I got estimates for Mitsubishi mini splits from 4 different companies--two large and two small. Wade Heating & Cooling had a competitive price, and I most enjoyed working with their sales team and front office. When it came to installation, the team arrived on time, communicated clearly, and was respectful of my home and personal space. I would recommend Wade Heating & Cooling unequivocally.

I had Wade Heating & Cooling heating add another zone onto my boiler. John and Mike were the installers. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to get boiler work done. The tubing was already in the floor from another contractor but it never worked correctly. Wade Heating & Cooling came and looked at the previous work and figured a way to make it work. I would definitely use their services again !

We had our 6 month tune up on furnace and AC today. It was the first time Patrick was our technician. Also we've been with Wade for about 20 years and have always been well taken care of. Patrick did a great job and he is also a really nice and friendly guy. Thank you Patrick and as you said when finished, “nothing personal but I hope I don't see you until the fall". Have a great summer Patrick and Wade.

Had two experiences with Wade over the last month. Xmas night my furnace went out. Called Wade in the morning when I did all I could do. 3 hours later I had someone at my house which was great. Diagnosed and had the part at the shop. Price was a little high but I knew I was at the mercy of getting a service fixed ASAP. JoinEd the psp program afterwards which they came recently to run maintenance on the unit. recommend services

Everyone that I had the pleasure to speak with or work with at Wade were terrific. John and Linda and Brian and Rex were knowledgeable, friendly and they knew their stuff. The installation went very smoothly by Brian and Rex they respected my property and did a great job quickly and correctly. Linda set me up with John who came out to give me an estimate but he did so much more and I will be eternally grateful. I had a new furnace and AC unit replaced, I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs 100%

I highly recommend Wade Heating & Cooling! Their Sales staff was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the process and what to expect. They were able to schedule the job sooner to accommodate our emergency situation. The installers arrived on time, were courteous and respectful of our house and property. Their work was excellent and they did a great job with clean-up and nothing was left behind or out of place. Before leaving the Techs gave an overview of everything they did. Will definitely use them in the future!

We've been customers of Wade Heating & Cooling for over 10 years for a whole house AC unit followed by a new Furnace a few years later. We love Wade Heating & Cooling and will not go anywhere else! From day #1, we purchased their "Maintenance Check Program" which is 2X yearly - Spring "AC Unit" - Fall "Furnace." I highly recommend this. They contact you early Spring to schedule your AC maintenance check and then again early Fall for your Furnace check. This is a great program! We stand behind them 100% from sales, customer service, installation, etc.!

I had 6 companies give me quotes. Wade Heating & Cooling was the clear choice for me. Wade Heating & Cooling gave me well thought out options based on my needs. His quotes were detailed and informative. The installers, John, Mike and Sarah explained the how, what and when of the installation. They were skilled, professional and very pleasant. My dog liked them a lot--dog's can tell good people! They arrived on time and cleaned up the area each day. The dual fuel heat pump and furnace looks neatly installed and most importantly, they run without a hitch. Jane, in the office, is courteous, prompt with paperwork and was helpful with information on warranties etc... Wade Heating & Cooling is a professional company from start to finish. I highly recommend!

My experience with Wade was excellent, from start to finish, and even afterwards! We needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner, and I had 5 different estimates. When I contacted Wade, I was told it would be 4 weeks to get an estimate, due to how busy they were (a testament to their quality). The wait was worth it. Their estimator, Lonnie, was superb. He spent twice as much time as any of the previous 4 contractors, because he went into great detail as to how to rework the ductwork, to resolve a problem of inadequate supply to a family room addition. Once done with that, he sat done with me & his computer, to show how I could upgrade to Carrier's top of the line equipment; using discounts and tax credits to actually be just about equal to all other quotes. The 2 day install was just as professionally performed! The crew was very personable and answered every question (and there were plenty) with clarity and without a hint of aggravation, as I hung out with them for much of the time! The bottom line is, I have already recommended them to family and friends, and would highly recommend that you include them in any project you may have

I chose Wade out of four estimates I received.. Lon was my estimator and I was sold on his knowledge and thoroughness. I watched him eyeball things and immediately know whether something could be done that way or not or how it could be done. He didn't seem to even have to think about it. The team that came for the install, Brian and Taylor were excellent as well.. they were polite, professional and very thorough. They patiently explained everything I questioned and when they were finished they cleaned up so well you would never have known they had been there. After they left I contacted Lon as I thought my fan was not coming on. I no sooner hung up when I received a call from Bob who was the Installers' supervisor and he said he would be over within a half hour. He was, and it turned out the fan was on, on the lowest setting, which is what they generally recommend. He adjusted it upward for me nonetheless and indicated he would be happy to return to readjust it down again if I decided it was better for me. He was so very polite and helpful, just like everyone else at Wade I had dealt with.. I am very happy to have found this company... they made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Wade and will be continuing to use them in future..
