First of all I took a (day off of work to wait for the guy to show up to install my internet) of course apparently I missed him! I am furiated because I call to get something done about it I get a maybe we can get someone back out so I still decided not to go to work I called in about 2:30ish and now I get a no he can't come! I tried to talk to a supervisor but it's impossible to get ahold of one I called again to talk and I was informed that they are in a meeting that could last form 330 to almost 8 really?!?! No I don't think so my schedule doesent revolve around there's I have stuff to do and don't have time for an inset schedule I need help on this situation. I want to talk to a supervisor immediately

Vyve took two years to bury 500 feet of coax cable from front of Hi Point Estates condominium property to my condo in Afton OK, on Grand Lake. Finally installed new conduit and cable all around the property two weeks ago. But destroyed irrigation lines, sidewalk, electrical control lines and left big pile of dirt and debris around the property. Have not come back to level soil, replace sod and make repairs for other damage. Local office will not respond to request or even call back and explain when or what they will do.
