Vodacom review: complain about the poor service and incompetent workers

a lady at vodacom phoned my husband on 23 January 2020 around 11. my husband told her to call me and talk to me about the upgrade on his phone. she phoned me 23 January 2020 11:31.
i told the lady i do not want to upgrade the contract on that specific number if i want to upgrade i will go to vodacom self she can keep it as is but i would like to cancel the 2 wifi's and gave her the numbers. as i understand she canceled the wifi's and left my husbands contract as is. she said she will e-mail the package to us and we did not get anything as yet. on 31 January the morning i tried to phone people from work and could not phone the phone tells me there is no airtime. my husband phoned vodacom on 082135. he could not get hold of them. he took off from work went to vodacom in springs mall they told me to phone 082135 i phoned again and this time i could get hold of them. the lady told me the current number was upgraded to a topup 150 but if i want to go back to the plan i was on i need to go to a vodacom shop as soon as possible and upgrade or cancel the contract and take a new one the vodacom shop in springs mall was ofline i got home and phone vodacom again i found out by the lady i talked to the lady who did the upgrade on the phone she upgraded all the contracts and i found out her name and she is from the rewards department. i told the lady i need this phone to be corrected cause i need the phone the lady told me she can't do anything i need to wait 3-5 working days and then they are able to take my contract back to where it was there is someone going to listen to the calls and investigate but it can take up to 31 days. this is the poorest service i got from vodacom i am not happy at all the people that works for vodacom do what they want and now i must struggle with my phone because of someone that could not do their job properly. i also spoke to the manager she was nice enough to give me a R100 but i told her its not going to last me 1day they need to fix it now cause its not my fault some people could not do their job properly now i need to wait for them to fix it. i am fed up with vodacom people phoning me if i want something i will go to a vodacom shop and do upgrades there.
