Me and my hubby bought a sofa, chairs, ottomans, and pillows from VNTG on January 9th, 2022. We saw a broken leg on the sofa and told them about it. They said their repairman Mo would fix it before delivery, no problem. We paid around $1,200. On January 29th, the furniture was delivered, but the sofa leg was still broken and one chair leg was on backwards. My hubby noted it on the paperwork he signed. They said Mo would come to fix it. We left messages and talked to employees, but no one answered. On March 24th, *** called and offered a $100 store credit and put us in touch with a new repair guy, ***, who was supposed to come on April 5th. But he said he wasn't working for VNTG anymore. *** said she would reach out to him and pay him directly, but we never heard back. We asked for a refund on April 6th, and *** said Sarah would contact us, but we haven't heard from anyone since.

I bought a desk from VNTG Home on July 11. They suggested I get it fixed and painted at their warehouse, so I did. It was done by July 24. I called them six times from July 24 to August 1 to ask for delivery, but they didn't answer. When they did answer, they said they couldn't help me and didn't follow up. They finally contacted me on August 1 and scheduled delivery for August 7 at 10am. At 9:45am on August 7, they called to cancel because of unexpected call-offs. They said they might be able to deliver later that day, but scheduled it for August 13 at 10am. At 2:50pm on August 7, a delivery man called to say he was on my street. I had no warning and had to stop working to receive the delivery. They dropped the desk on the sidewalk, damaging the new paint job. They also scuffed my walls and floor and broke the front drawer. They stopped to call the manager and yelled at her in my hallway. She lied and said I told her there was a freight elevator. I asked them to finish the delivery, but the desk is now unusable and damaged. They said they couldn't fix it.
