I recently purchased a couple of perfumes from Vipbrands and unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. The scents were not at all like the original fragrances and I suspect that the products were fake. I tried to reach out to customer service to file a complaint, but I never received a response. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Vipbrands due to my negative experience.

I gotta say, my experience with VIPBrands was pretty bad. Their service response was just terrible. I mean, I placed an order and they didn't even bother to respond. I recently made a purchase on Vipbrands (vipbrands.com) and it has been over 2 months since I paid for my products, but I have yet to receive anything. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times, but all they have told me is that my order has been shipped to a local shipping company and they will contact me. However, I have not received any calls or updates regarding my order.

To make matters worse, there is no option for a refund. It seems like Vipbrands is scamming people and taking their money without delivering the products they paid for. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend anyone to shop on this website.

It is frustrating to have to deal with such poor customer service and lack of communication. I hope that Vipbrands can improve their services and be more transparent with their customers in the future. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

So, I decided to give Vipbrands a try and ordered some products on May 13th. However, it's been quite a while and I still haven't received my order. I've tried contacting their customer support multiple times, but every time they just tell me to wait a few days for an update and then never get back to me.

To make matters worse, they haven't even shipped my products and are refusing to give me a refund. It's really frustrating and disappointing to have such a bad experience with this company.

Overall, I would definitely not recommend Vipbrands to anyone. They seem like total scammers and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what I did.

Vipbrands used to be a good company, but things have changed in the past 2 years. Back then, items would arrive even if some of them were damaged, but considering the price, it made sense. The packaging was not great, but it was cheap. However, now the company seems like a scam. You place an order, but you never receive it. When you email them, they act like idiots and give you the same answers every time you ask about your items. I have been waiting for my order for 3 months now and still haven't received it. I won't be ordering from them anymore. There are plenty of other companies that are better and even cheaper.
