I placed an order for 2 Isdin Fotoprotector SFP 50 on April 26th, 2023 (order number #***940), but it's been weeks and I still haven't received my products. I even sent them an email asking about it, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

Anyway, I placed my order and waited for it to arrive. When it finally did, I got a notification from DHL saying I had to pay 27.80 in taxes. What the heck? I thought Cosmetis said they wouldn't charge me taxes! I tried to reach out to them to see what was going on, but they totally ignored me. No customer service at all. I'm pretty disappointed because I feel like they lied to me on their website and then just left me hanging when I had a problem. Not cool, Cosmetis. Not cool at all.

They claimed that my order would be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, but unfortunately, my order has yet to be shipped even though the expected shipping date has passed. To make matters worse, they informed me that 3 items were missing from my order and that they were waiting for the items to arrive within a maximum of 2 business days.

However, after 3 business days had passed, I reached out to them to cancel the missing items and requested that they ship me the rest of the products as soon as possible. They did cancel the missing items and provided me with store credit for the amount, but they still have not shipped my orders. I have been trying to contact their customer service team via email, but they have not been responding to my inquiries.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by shopcosmetis.com. It is unacceptable that they have not shipped my orders and are not responding to my emails. I have requested to cancel my orders, but I have not received any response from them. I strongly advise against shopping with them as their customer service is non-existent. It is a complete waste of money and time.

They suggested that I send the product back once I received it, but how was I supposed to do that if I was no longer at the address they had sent it to?

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Cosmetis. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this website. Their customer service was unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to trying out their products, but now I will have to look elsewhere.
