Batangas Port

The way they handle the confiscated items. I understand if not allowed on board the vessel but the way they handled the issue. They explained it's not allowed but the staff/s said ' leave it to us' instead I destroyed it and put it in rubbish bin but after half an hour the cleaning staffs went only on to the same rubbish bin and took the items and put it in a clean bag. I have all the ID and videoes of staffs

Below person, Jayson P Rosales (Genesis) and his colleague Reymar Davalos (Island Water) as shown below
has on Nov 30, 12:00, arranged a Taxi for me to go from Batangas to Manila airport.
I had arrived with Oceanjet from PuertoGaleras.

I have reconfirmed three times in the presence of the taxi (who cannot speak english) if toll is included. Later the driver told me i have to pay the toll and the staff didnt tell him. The driver also indicates that the mentioned individuum keeps 1000 php for his small service.

Please at least give a strong warning to the mentioned individuals that such cheating visitors and counting on the drivers inexperience is not acceptable practice.
If they repeat such practice it will be bad for your port.
Please talk to the individuals immediately to make full use of this feedback. I have traveled in Asia extensively and know its not unusual. But it was done with unpleasant here.

Me and my foreigner bf thought of checking out Puerto Gallera and we of course need to go through Batangas Port. What a horrifying experienced with the people there trying to grab all our stuff and asked for money as a tip..tip suppose to be given to them by our will...what a shamed about Filipinos..Every gate we passed by, it is all about fees for what? nothing! It is just so Filipino...The management needs to do something about it or else we will be lossing a lot of tourist going back and forth in the Philippines...
