Vinted
I sold a pair of trainers,I took pictures of every angle including the soles.These photos where upload to the app where they were very quickly purchased.
The buyer under paid on the postage ,not a biggy, but annoying! When the buyer received the trainers they claimed they had the soles hanging of and were unwearable.
I asked for pictures to prove his claims that I know are 1000% untrue.
He Couldn't or wouldn't provide picture as I had asked for .
I asked him to contact vintage to review as I know the condition of the trainers was very good and definitely had the soles attached!
Vinted just refunded him ! I question them and asked them to look at my photos on the advert .I got a reply say that they don't review cases and I'm was just to provide the buyer with my address so they could be returned and I had front the postage cost ! I question this , got a different response. By this time im annoyed and my tone towards vinted customer service was about as fair as there procedures and I've left it there .This buyer I discovered..after ,has a history of this behaviour and they don't care.
The 1st pic is the condition of the shoes the 2nd is the buyers photo ,just 2 picture of the top of the shoe ! Where's the sole falling off !

Taking unauthorised monies out of my bank account.
Over 3 days nearly £100 has been taken from my bank account without my consent,i have not bought anything! vinted have not got back after ive complained :-( Sarah Hardaker.
Charges
I brought quiet a few items on 13th june on wards as per norm they took money out a month later i went atm to withdraw i had mire than i thought in bank but thought nothing of it withdraw as i needed to go shopping the day i after i found i was over drawn as vinted took all money back out .. a month after i purchased..now bank are charging me as im in an unauthorised overdraft plus £96 overdrawn. Someone made a mistake i want the £96 &fees back please as its ure error not mine. My email is [protected]@hotmail.co.uk. i did try n contact vinted they claim they didnt understand.so im taking it futher now

Jigsaw not as described
I purchased a jigsaw on Vinted. The item is described as very good condition by the seller. However, as it was a 1000 piece jigsaw it has taken me a few days to check it all. I messaged the seller who said 'if you want perfect then buy new' and blocked me so I could not request a refund and Vinted do not want to know. They say it's out of the two day period but be reasonable, how can someone check a jigsaw in two days. If you let sellers just block people then buyers will keep getting scammed. You say to contact the seller to sort a refund but how can I?

I placed an order for Mid Wash Zara Jeans in early June, they never arrived and now the seller is showing as 'inactive'
I was informed by Vinted that my refund was being processed but its been nearly 4 weeks and I still havent received my refund!

This is completely unacceptable, you took my money very quickly, it shouldnt take this length of time to send it back to me

Vinted did not give back the postage fee i paid £8.45 , i was scammed and got ripped off!!!! It should be shouldered by the buyer!!!
Vinted ripped me off of £8.45 postage fee that the buyer should have paid! It's in their rules that buyer should cover the postage fee when they bought an item. Since it is through royal mail i have to pay it first before i get back the postage cost. I did not agree to cover it even there's a dispute with the buyer. Beware all sellers!it is not a trusworthy app/platform. Buyer dispute the item even the description of the item is correct and I sent a lot of photos to her as she requested. She was satisfied and decided to buy. It is a complete ripped off! Waste my time, effort of driving to post office, paid parking, paid postage and great communication, and this is all i got. I have all the evidence of postage receipts and conversation with the buyer. Clearly i was on the right. But Vinted decided to refund her all the money. I told them that they should give me the postage fee I have paid and they should only refund the buyer the amount of the item but not the postage!.It is a scam! They said they will not compensate and i should have chosen other couriers not royal mail.so the buyer will be the one paying first. They should have inform this in the first place for the seller to be aware that we cant get the postage fee back if we chose royal mail! It is in their policy/rules that buyer should pay the postage fees whatever the courier is! I was scammed and my money was stolen £8.45 postage fee! I still didn't get my item worth £320+ !Chanel espadrilles! Pls avoid the buyer under the name of Cass1819!

Cancelled item but never refunded me
I bought an item and seller cancelled and I still don't have a refund. Its been almost 2 weeks and they keep saying the same thing that they will look into it.

Item not received
When parcel was delivered, the package was open which resulted in the earrings I bought being lost! Took a picture of the packaging and informed Vinted that I hadn't received the item because they had been lost in transit, but Vinted never did anything to resolve and just told me I hadn't enough proof so I can't get a refund, then closed the case! How much more proof do I need other than the proof of the damaged packaging! So, now I am out of pocket for something out of my control! Absolute shocking customer service, no time for their customers!
Purchased an item and was scammed
Vinted, as useful and easy as it is to sell unwanted clothes, has been able to provide a means to scam individuals like myself.
I purchase a pair of trainers from the Vinted app from a seller on the platform. The transaction went through successful and the seller dispatched the item. I was away during the weekend when the item was delivered. It may be worth mentioning that I bought multiple items from Vinted on this occasion so on the day it was delivered there were more than one item that the courier has delivered. The courier delivered the items to my mum who just flings them on to the counter next to our reception area. As you can imagine she is fed up of the numerous parcels I get delivered.
Upon my arrival, I find my parcel(s). The first one wrapped in a package. The second is essentially an envelope with a printed address label on. I ask my mum where is the package this was attached to and she responds saying it was delivered as it is. So I check the picture from the courier and I can quite clearly see that this envelope is the package that was delivered.
I contact Vinted to let them know and ask them for a refund as I paid £50 for thirds brand new shoes and have received NOTHING. They respond to say that as the item has been marked as “everything is OK” nothing can be done. Firstly, the item was marked as “everything is ok” automatically after 2 days which I think is the most stupid policy a company can have. What if people are away or not at home when the item is delivered? Which is the case in this instance. Secondly, I have pretty much been scammed, which they could not care less about.
They are facilitating scammers on their platform, it is for this reason I have boycotted their app. Also it seems like the account that sold me the “shoes” has been blocked from the app. So they must’ve noticed that the person was dodgy. Yet they were not able to compensate for my loss. This is unacceptable for the company to allow this to happen and I’m genuinely disappointed for the way in which they have dealt which this situation. A fiver or tenner then yeah I would’ve let it slide but £50? I’m sorry but I can’t afford to throw that much down the drain.
The worst thing is that I didn’t even mark it as everything is ok. Their stupid app automatically does it. It does not make any sense why they do this. And yet they have the audacity to force you to pay a “buyer protection” lol. I was in not way protected from this scam.
So this was my experience with Vinted so heads up to anyone that might in a similar situation. Make sure you check your item within 2 days of it being delivered. If you’re away when it’s delivered and the item isn’t there, you’re basically screwed because Vinted do not have your back.
Refund issue
Brought a card seller has sent it but has been damaged by EVRI not sure how as it's a card!
Both myself and the seller have contacted Vinted about getting a refund due to this and have heard nothing from them for 3 days now! Terrible service and very slow to respond. The item is never going to arrive but looks like I've got to wait the 21 days before even starting the refund process.
Delivery
I ordered a PS4 from this site and paid for it on 30.6.22. I am still awaiting delivery and the delivery company say that it has been sat in transit for 5 days.
Nobody from Vinted will communicate with me and the seller has been non reponsive.
I am disgusted by this business model and very angry that people's hard earned money has been stolen from them with no recourse.

A buyer DjBwTson a northface jacket I bought
I paid £57.45twice for a northface jacket to same buyer as he said he never recieved first payment so I’m £125.30 out of pocket item saying sold he saying he’s never recieved either payment I’ve cancelled order and Vinted is only refunding me one payment instead of two which I’ve never recieved any payment refund at all been we Vinted over 2years I think the seller is a scammer can u sort this oot I e sent proof of payments

I ordered a an item on the 1 june 2022, fully expecting to receive it with in few days as with other items, however that was not the case a 2 weeks later i check the status on tracking and it still said we have got it, i contacted Vinted support team and they said i had ro wait 21 days after purchase to request a refund a so i waited the extra week and still no item.
In the mean time i changed banks and the account i paid with no longer exists, i had updated my bank details and informed vinted of the change of banks
So when the requested refund button appeared i immediatley selected it. The system then told me that the refund would be with me by the 30 June 2022 fully expecting it to either be in my vinted balance or the new bank account.
Here we are now 4th July and still no refund, and every response i get is are written automatic reply
Vinted owe me £110.79 for an item never recived and to wvh i beleive was never sent.
Desired outcome: I want an appology and the £110.79 either in my vinted account or sent to my new bank account

INcident date 11.4.22
I sold an item to a seller which was all fine I sent it off the next day. I then quickly realised I had sent another item by accident to this same buyer. We had both agreed and arranged for her to send the item back and I would cover the cost.
I then messaged her again as I hadn’t heard anything and she had gone into labour ( which was obviously unbeknown to me) she was very rude. I then again left it a few weeks to let her settle down. She then replied back to me and said she would send them out to me. I then said I would reimburse postage cost and everything I assumed was going to be fine. She said she would post them out next day. Didn’t hear anything so I messaged her again and she has now blocked me so I am unable to get in contact with her to send my item back. I understand this is my mistake and is an inconvenience to her however accidents do happen and I apologised profusely to her.
Desired outcome: I would like her to send my item back and her be warned that this is unacceptable behaviour.
Customer service.
I received my item 27th June. Yodel had kept it at their depot for nearly 2 weeks. They had changed the packaging due to them damaging the item. I can’t wear the item as it has blue ink or something over the dress which won’t come out. I’m disgusted at the fact yodel won’t do anything and you, Vinted, won’t even reply to my messages on the app.
Desired outcome: I want a refund, compensation and why has it taken so long for you, Vinted, to reply on the app! The item got sent out 11th June. It got delivered 27th June. They blamed it on a cyber attack which happened the weekend after.
Holding refund
Bought Nintendo switch on the 25th may 2022 with postage costs a total of £161.59 paid then seller sends item 1 week later no communication from seller then item sent out then seller suspends postage to drop off i was tracking item then item was suspended i informed vinted they said wait 21 days for lost package that date comes and goes vinted then said Hello, Dawn,

Make sure that the dates, charges, references and the original charge are clearly visible. This will allow us to check if the transfer has not passed under another reference.
i sent bank statement details to vinted with dates from the 21st june and got another reply the one above they have,t even got the refund correct amount this issue has been going on now for 5 weeks what are might rights and i paid by visa debit can i get visa involved for fraud

money taken but product never delivered
I bought an item from vinted which was never delivered. I have opened the case with vinted and they provided me with a wrong tracking which stated that my parcel was delivered through my letterbox. This would be simply impossible as it was a large parcel. they closed my case and took my money. I have followed up and opened the case with yodel but they confirmed that this is not a correct tracking for my postcode and that my parcel cannot be located. they asked me to go back to vinted and claim through them but they simply don't reply to any of my messages regarding this issue.
Desired outcome: refund of £84 I lost in a process
Vinted have suspended my account without any dialogue when I have pending purchases and sales
I have made two purchases in excess of £200.00 and pending balances for sales which I have despatched but Vinted have suspended my account without warning which puts me at a risk off over £300.00. How can they do this? Is this legal when they are holding my money? I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT to even give you evidence of the balances owing and spent
Desired outcome: I want the money I am owed and should the items I have purchased fail to materialise I want a refund!
Phone number verification
I have been unable to log back into my vinted account as it is asking me to verify my phone number. After entering my phone number I recieved a message informing me that the number can only be used once meaning I have a duplicate account using the same phone number. After contacting vinted I was advised to delete any old/duplicate accounts and it should fix the problem however I am also unable to log back into my old account as again it is asking me to verify my phone number and when I enter my number I get either the same message as on my other account or I receive an error message and get locked out of my account for 24 hours. I am now in limbo where I am unable to delete my old account and unable to log into my new account to withdraw funds.
Please advise.

Keeping items without any payment
23rd june 2022 I sold 8 items in total to one buyer one item in packaged arrived damaged,vinted decided refund buyer in total saying I never packaged property (bubbletwrapped and very sucure ) buyer got 7 items that were undamaged without any payment or any of the items returned to myself ,when I asked customer services about undamaged items no response or made sure I could not comment any further im,all for refund etc( damaged items )have they right to allow undamaged items to be kept uncharged for ,I'm having a hard time getting head round this , customer services on vinted are appalling,think should use TV ad money update customer services after all is us make this site possible ( Unbelievable)
