Joe's Tailoring Singapore

I took a waistcoat to the shop and asked them to copy it, a relatively simple task. They asked SGD280 for the new waistcoat and SGD 140 deposit (50%). They spent two weeks before getting back to me, but the pattern of the waistcoat They had copied bore no resemblance to the waistcoat I had given them. I wanted to scrap the deal and refund the deposit but they asked 2nd chance to put it right. I agreed. 2 weeks later. The same result. Unbelievable, not even close resemblance to the original. I scrapped the deal and asked for a refund of my deposit. Not given. I was told that I had to come back a week later when they had management 'sign-off'. They Said they would call me, but of course they Didn't! I had to visit for what was by now the 4th time and eventually with a lot of bad facial expression and attitude I had my deposit refunded. I think the local staff were so embarrassed that one of them asked me if They could have a chance to do this again, but properly this time. I said "no" but if Thry cared to try and do a proper job and let me have it at cost price I would consider. She said she would ask her management for approval but of course no such approval has come and we are now one month later. I have sent two reminders but all is totally ignored I just wanted people to know before they give their hard earned money to "Joes tailoring", Singapore that they should consider they will have a lot of grief a lot of attitude and non-compliant products with what Thry ask for and a total 's**t' attitude. I suggest you don't waste your time with them. Such companies deserve to FAIL when they don't recognise and respect their customers hard-earned money and time
