Timber Warriors is a company that charged my insurance a whopping 4 thousand dollars for just 4 hours of labor. I mean, seriously? Surgeons don't even make this much money for their hard work. It's just not fair.

This company don't follow through on finishing projects. When doing some tree removal in the backyard, they moved the tree to the front yard dropping it on our retaining wall which broke it. I explained to them that they will receive final payment when they fix the damage to the wall which they assured me up through a week ago it would be done. The tree removal was done on 8/4. Today (2/9) I'm holding a certified letter attempting to collect the debt or legal action will be taken against me. I'm beyond frustrated with this company and just want them to fix the damage so we can close this out and go our separate ways.

My family was heavily impacted with Hurricane Ida in Louisiana on 8/29. With NO POWER, INTERNET, and little data for communication - somehow this company Timber Warriors was able to get a hold of my elderly father on his limited version of a cellphone to inform him that his insurance company Liberty Mutual/Safeco had asked them to contact him to help remove a couple of trees that had crushed through the roof of his property. Timber Warriors is a company out of Missouri which seemed odd - and they contacted him almost like an ambulance chaser while we were still in SHOCK FROM THE DAMAGE we'd just incurred. We told TIMBER WARRIORS that we had already reached out to a volunteer church group for help so they might not even be needed, but how could we confirm that Liberty Mutual actually asked them to call us? Timber Warriors provided us with DAD'S POLICY number so it seemed legit. TW is trying to bill 22K for what? we don't know!

This company, Timber Warriors, was hired by my insurance company (Allstate) through Code Blue LLC to remove trees from my home and storage shed after the storm on 08/10. They have been trying to get $1,272.61 from me since the storm. I have received many emails, phone calls, and mail communications asking for payment. Every time, I contacted my insurance company, and they contacted Timber Warriors, who assured them that everything was taken care of. Today, I received another phone call from Timber Warriors, saying that I owed $1,272.61 and that they would take legal action against me. I called my insurance contact, and we reviewed the claim information. We discovered that their billing was incorrect. The money I received from my insurance company, which I thought was for me and my family to cut and remove tree debris, was deducted from the amount being paid to Timber Warriors. Their invoice amount was wrong, the amount that Allstate had paid was wrong, and so on.
