VIETJETAIR canceled my original flight. When I wanted a refund, they were reluctant to provide and rescheduled my flight resulting in an extra night at my layover designation. When I requested compensation, they refused. Additionally, they weigh EVERYTHING - including your purse and charge you extra! DO NOT USE VIETJETAIR! Counter Agent TROUNG NGUYEN BAO TRAN (VJC 16390) is rude and ignorant.

Desired outcome: Vietjet Air refused to reimburse me for one night of accommodation. In addition, I also lost another night that I had already paid for in Saigon.
