My booking through Trip.com was changed to depart one day earlier, creating a 27-hour layover in Ho Chi Minh. As an Australian citizen, this requires a visa and baggage claim. I request reinstatement of my original flight or rebooking to a flight with a shorter layover. My booking number is qc5chw. I have emailed them multiple times but no response coming.

Desired outcome: I need them to response me and resolve it.. they can’t provide a customer a flight option with more than 24 hours layover as they must aware if the fact that it’s needed visa to claim baggage.
