I bought a table and chairs from your Spanish website and I am really not happy. I don't speak Spanish although live in spain. I bought this in June. I went to take the covers off to wash them and every single cover is fraying very badly ( see photographs). This is before any washing. I had a response from the dismiss site to say that this is not covered under warranty. This is not a warranty issue but poor quality goods They are disgusting finished off. The details on the website clearly state that they are washable however customer services in spain say that they are not and can only be cleaned with a damp cloth which is ridiculous. I am now left with cushions that are falling apart and I cannot wash them. Please see picture of the item and cushions. The back cushions although have zips have been sewn through so you can't even get them off. The quality of this product is extremely bad. I have bought many thanks from your company and I am really not happy with these. I look forward to your response

Fraudulent only sent 2 chairs for 90.00 not what was advertised on wish. I needed 16 chairs only received 6 first order and 2 second order. Said on wish.com they would refund both orders . they only refunded 270.00 and even though they said they received all orders back they said they refunded all orders. However on Paypal only 3 orders refunded. The refused order which they told me to do was not refunded. So out the discount on wish and 88.35. And a big runaround by wish. Did not receive the chairs dimensions as described nor the chairs advertised . only half of order even sent and they refused to honor the advertised amount. Still waiting for my refund on wish and wish can see on their site not accepted and vidaxl response with a refund of 90.xx said constantly and chairs received back. Wish does not have your back as advertised. This order is a problem with wish and sister site home and vidaxl.

I purchased a Black Electric TV Recliner Massage Chair with Footstool. I was so excited to get it, but nothing arrived. I contacted them, they said that I have to wait for a little longer because they had several issues with their shipping company. I said ok and waited for two more weeks. I called them again and asked about my order status and they said that it was canceled. I wasn't said why, but I was unpleasantly surprised that they didn't notify me before cancellation. I am very disappointed.

I order a piece of outdoor furniture from this company in end of September of 2017. We received the furniture and found the instructions to be blurry as well as unclear. We also noticed at least 10 people who noted in the review of the product they had the same experience. We contacted the company and they stated they had updated instructions. They emailed us the same instructions that came with the piece.

We decided to hire a handyman/builder type to put the piece together. He found a couple small pieces were missing but that the main structural piece wasn't welded/was broken and couldn't be used.

We reached out to VidaXL on October 9th and experienced the worst customer service imaginable. It's a phone bank and the service people could care less about you. After going back and forth via email the company gave me a partial refund and promised to ship out the main piece within a few business days. We are currently on day 13. No piece. We reached out to VidaXL again and said we have wasted time and money on this and wanted to return the whole thing given they hadn't shipped the main structural piece and we have had this thing sitting in our yard for 2+ weeks. They stated all these hoops we had to go through if we wanted to return it and said they "could" remind us we already got a partial discount for this product. We again asked them for the tracking number to the piece(s) that were shipped. We also called customer service and asked to speak with a supervisor. They don't have any. We asked who owned the company and we were told that "it was none of our business". Everything we needed to know was on their website. Well...the fact that they are rude, sell poor quality items, and don't follow through on their commitments is not on the site. AVOIDE THEM AT ALL COSTS

Ordered from this website because they had nice prices and rather huge discounts. The most disappointing part was the quality, I was not satisfied with. Well, you get what you pay for.
Ordered two chairs from Vidaxl and they arrived in a timely manner, was really impressed with that. Chairs looked super cheap and nothing like pictures. One chair was damaged, there was a big scratch.
Never bothered to contact these guys, did not want to waste my time.

Ordered an item from Vidaxl and the one I received was damaged so I contacted Vidaxl customer support and they agreed to give me a full refund. I shipped the defective item back and later received a notification from the shipping company that Vidaxl did receive the package. Few days passed and no one bothered to contact me regarding my refund, so I contacted them myself and they claimed that they never received anything and that without the package they can't give me my money back. Liars!
