Vidaxl Terrible Experience with vidaXL US: Late Delivery, False Advertising, and Poor Quality Product

I gotta say, I had a lot of problems with my order from vidaXL US. I ordered a stand up paddle board on May 25th and they said it would be delivered by May 29th. But guess what? It wasn't even shipped by then! I was pretty mad, so I contacted them and they told me to wait one more day and offered to give me a refund if it still hadn't shipped. They even gave me a new tracking ID, but it turned out to be for someone else's order! I had to contact them again and finally got a refund. But then, the package miraculously arrived the next day. I was pretty confused, but I didn't bother contacting them again since I had already gotten my refund.

But then, when I finally got to use the paddleboard, it barely stayed on the water and the oar broke after only an hour and a half! I was so frustrated, and when I got home and checked the manual, I saw that the PSI limit was different than what was advertised on the website. That's a pretty important detail for a product like this, and they just straight up lied about it! So I contacted them again and they offered me another refund, which I accepted. I mailed the product back and they said the refund would come in 2-5 days. But when it didn't come, I contacted them again and they said they had processed it on June 19th. But I checked my card and there was no transaction on that day at all! I feel like they're just lying to me at this point.

Honestly, this has been the worst purchase of my life. I really don't think you should trust this company.

Vidaxl Horrible Experience with Vidaxl: Poorly Constructed Chair and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently made a purchase on vidaxl.com, buying four butterfly chairs for a total of over $600. I got two sets of chairs, one in black and white and the other in brown and white. However, the brown and white set was purchased separately. Unfortunately, one of the black and white chairs was missing a part and was poorly constructed. It had cowhide sticking out of places it shouldn't, bald spots, and did not match the picture advertised.

I immediately reached out to Overstock to resolve the issue and requested a full refund. However, I was told that it was past the return date and that they couldn't do anything to help me. They said it wouldn't be fair to their other customers. I was disappointed with their response and informed them that I would be providing feedback on several platforms regarding my experience with Vidaxl. After that, they transferred my case to the escalation department.

I was confused as to why this option wasn't offered to me in the beginning if they live by their brand standards as it pertains to customer care. After receiving several computer-generated responses, I finally received a real response from a representative of the Escalation Department. They informed me that they couldn't offer a refund, but they could provide a replacement.

I had some questions regarding the return process, such as whether a free return label would be offered, what carrier service I needed to return the item to, or if they would provide pick-up service. Unfortunately, none of my questions were answered. They only told me that if I agreed to the return, a label would be created.

After a few more computer-generated responses, a real representative reached out to offer a partial payment of $40.00 if I chose to keep the chair that I couldn't use. I was disappointed with this offer and felt that the company had shady business practices. Overall, it was a horrible experience dealing with Vidaxl.

Vidaxl Beautiful but Dangerous: My Experience with vidaXL US Deck Chairs

I recently purchased some deck chairs from vidaXL US and I must say, they look absolutely stunning by the pool! However, my excitement was short-lived as two of them broke just a week later. The chairs won't stay in the "upright position" and keep falling back to "recline." I contacted the company and they agreed to replace them after I sent a video of the problem. But here's the catch - we had already thrown away the boxes in which they were delivered. Now, I cannot buy boxes big enough to ship them back. I suggested to the company that I could buy two more deck chairs on my credit card, have them delivered, and use those boxes to ship the broken ones back. The company could then credit back my card and all would be well. But they refused, and I was left with no other option.

I'm scared to try this approach without their consent in case they refuse return and I'm stuck with paying for five chairs instead of three. They're pretty expensive, and I wish they had a customer service department that would make this right. How can they not understand that I don't have two gigantic oddly shaped boxes? The way they are now, they are super dangerous. No one can sit in them because they can be slammed back. I want new ones, and I hope the weight limit is higher this time. I will make sure no men in my family sit in them!

I'm going to call them one more time and suggest I drive out to the warehouse to exchange them in person. If not, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I can't keep these dangerous chairs the way they are now. Hopefully, they will reach out and I can change this rating to a 5!

By the way, when I tried to write a review on their website, it said there was an "error" and it wouldn't let me publish. What a bummer!

Vidaxl Poor Quality and Customer Service: VidaXL Sunlounger Chairs Review

I recently made a purchase of four XLvidal Sunlounger chairs from VidaXL US through Overstock.com. The chairs were listed as being sold by a third party seller, Vidal. My husband had a really tough time assembling them as the parts were difficult to put together. Unfortunately, I usually do this and would have noticed it sooner. After only two months of light use, the joints started to come apart and the wood was splitting on all four chairs around the assembled prices. When a whole arm popped off, I saw that the joints were covered in wood glue with splinters in the mortise holes. We did not use any glue. It was evident that these chairs had been assembled and broken apart to ship and sell.

I reached out to Overstock to request a full refund from Vidal. Someone named Diane offered me a refund of $499 on a purchase of $1500.00. I declined this offer and continued to complain to Overstock. They eventually sent an email requesting my email address so that they could no longer monitor the case. VidaXL US responded to my complaint with the following message:

"er Comment: Dear Sir/Madam,

We are so sorry for the unsatisfied purchase and we are willing to solve the problem.
According to the reply of our other departments, we can only provide you with return for full replacement service, and please send us your Email address.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.As always please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

I was confused by this response and did not understand what it meant. Do I have to pay to ship the chairs back after taking them apart and then wait for them to replace them if they ever do? I will be starting a case with my credit card company directly. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these chairs and the lack of customer service from VidaXL US.

Vidaxl VidaXL US Outdoor Table Review: Poor Quality, False Advertising, and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently purchased an outdoor table from vidaXL US for $450. The table is made of Acacia wood and is advertised to be treated for outdoor weather. However, upon receiving the product, I noticed that three chairs and one leg had large splinters that posed safety issues. I contacted customer service and requested replacement parts, but they informed me that they could not ship them.

To make matters worse, the pre-drilled holes did not align, and the wood was rough with small splinters all over it. Additionally, the table was not treated for outdoor weather as advertised. After just a few weeks of being outside under an umbrella, the wood began to turn colors and crack, making it look unsightly.

I sent photos of the defects to customer service, and they offered me a $50 refund for quality and another $50 refund for not being treated for outdoor weather. However, they later changed their offer to only a $60 refund. When I asked for care instructions on how to treat the wood for outdoor use, they informed me that there were none.

They did offer to allow me to return the table, but I would need to completely disassemble it and package it for return. I would not receive a refund until they received the product. This was not a feasible option for me, as it took me all day to assemble the table due to having to drill my own holes. Furthermore, I have no trust in this company's ability to refund my money based on the customer service representatives' lack of understanding and unhelpful responses.

As someone who works in the furniture industry, I can confidently say that this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money on any product from this company.

Vidaxl Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Furniture: My Experience with VidaXL US

I recently made a purchase on VidaXL US (vidaxl.com) using PayPal. However, I was surprised to receive a refund notification from VidaXL almost immediately after the purchase. I contacted PayPal and confirmed that the transaction had been approved and the funds had been sent. I then reached out to VidaXL's customer service department to inquire about the refund, but unfortunately, I was met with a lot of confusion and no clear explanation as to why the refund had been issued.

After five days of back and forth with customer service reps and supervisors, I was still no closer to understanding what had happened. I was repeatedly told to make a wire transfer from my bank account or credit card directly into their bank account, which seemed very suspicious to me. When I asked to speak with their finance department, I was told that it was not possible. I was frustrated that VidaXL was trying to steer me away from using PayPal, which I had chosen specifically to protect my personal information and credit.

To make matters worse, every time I visited their website, the prices seemed to go up, which made me even more hesitant to make a purchase. I was promised a discount for my inconvenience by a supervisor, but when it came time to apply the discount, I was told that I needed to make the wire transfer first. When I asked for more details about the discount, I was met with evasive answers and eventually told that there was no discount after all.

After all of this, I decided to go back online and shop for all the furniture I needed elsewhere. However, I eventually returned to VidaXL and made a purchase using PayPal, as I had originally intended. When the furniture arrived, I was disappointed to find that not all of the pieces were intact and the quality was not what I had expected. I felt that the furniture was cheaply made and that VidaXL had spent more on their photography than on the actual materials used to make the pieces.

Overall, I would not recommend VidaXL US to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and their furniture is of poor quality. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Vidaxl Disappointing Quality and Missing Pieces: My Experience with vidaXL US Child-Sized Wardrobe/Dresser

I recently purchased a child-sized wardrobe/dresser from vidaXL US for my daughter's room. The delivery arrived in two packages, A and B, which were a little beat up with tears in the boxes. However, I believe this could have been due to the shipping company. The packing inside the boxes was neat and efficient.

When I laid out all the components for assembly, I noticed that the wood quality was not as high as I had been led to believe. Additionally, I quickly realized that two pieces were missing - a magnetic catch for the wardrobe door and the wooden block that hangs down to hold it. Despite this setback, I found the instructions to be straightforward enough and began putting the wardrobe together.

However, I soon discovered that several pieces were missing pilot holes, and others had seemingly random holes with no purpose. As I assembled the main structure, I had to disassemble and replace pieces several times because a new piece was off from fitting by a small degree (usually less than a 1/4 of an inch). The same issues arose when I assembled the drawers. I had to drill my own pilot holes on several pieces, and the grooves for the bottom of the drawers did not line up from side to side, causing me to force the sides and bottom together.

Once I had assembled the drawers, I found that they were tight and stuck to the point of not being able to use them. I had to pull out the wooden rails and sand them flush and then level them. Even after this, two drawers still did not fit properly. I was pleased to find small wooden dowels provided to prevent the drawers from being pulled out completely, but unfortunately, they did not fit in the holes on the drawer sides.

Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience. The low quality design, execution, and components caused a very frustrating several hours (4+) with something that should have taken a maximum of 2 hours. Although the wardrobe looks good now that it's been put in place, the low quality wood is clearly unfinished and in places unsanded. I would advise buyers to beware of these issues before making a purchase.

Vidaxl Surprisingly Outstanding Quality: My Honest Review of vidaXL US (vidaxl.com)

At first, I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase from vidaXL US (vidaxl.com) due to the mixed reviews I had read. However, after recently buying a new house and being on a tight budget, I decided to take a chance and order around $1200 worth of pool patio furniture from them. To my surprise, the quality of the products I received was outstanding.

As a woman, I can be quite picky when it comes to home decor. I have been known to return items that don't meet my expectations, even if they were only a few dollars. However, the reviews I had read did not do justice to the quality of the products I received. My order arrived within two weeks, and since it was quite large, it came in pieces over the course of one to two days. The instructions were included, and all the screws and equipment were labeled and organized, which was not what I expected at all. I was able to assemble everything without any issues, and if you can read the instructions that come with a LEGO kit, then you can certainly put this furniture together. While the instructions didn't tell me how to slide the washer onto the screw, it was pretty easy for me to figure out.

The only issue I had with the final product was a wobble in the wicker table, which was easily fixed with some common sense. When I flipped the table over, I noticed that one of the foot pads wasn't screwed in all the way. Additionally, when I received the PDF tracking form, I noticed that one of my items was missing. I emailed the company to inquire about it, and within an hour, I received a reply with a new tracking PDF that included my entire order. It was a simple mistake that was easily addressed and fixed.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews of vidaXL US. It seems strange to me. Perhaps they were written by competitors, or maybe some people had a bad experience. However, I can say that my experience was positive, and I would recommend this site to anyone who is considering making a purchase. As a real, working, middle to upper-class American consumer, I wanted to share my thoughts to help others who may be wondering if vidaXL is a scam or if they should take a chance. Don't believe all the bad reviews - this is a site that I will now go to for quality deals.

Vidaxl Disappointing Quality: A Review of the vidaXL US Shed with Praise for Customer Service

The shed from vidaXL US (vidaxl.com) is not the best quality. It was quite difficult to set up due to the flimsy metal walls and crossbeams. The only thing holding up the top frame from the bottom frame is the walls, which had to be propped up with posts. The roof is the only thing holding it all together, and several of the roof panels had holes drilled in the wrong place. I had to punch additional holes in the roof to secure the panels down, which may cause leaks in the future. Throughout the installation, I had to improvise many times to get things to fit together. The price paid for this shed was not worth the quality received.

I reached out to customer support over a week ago requesting a refund for the product, but I have not heard back yet. This is disappointing because it shows that the company is not responsive to requests for help. However, I have since been contacted by customer support, who was very kind and professional. They offered me a full refund or a full replacement, but I declined as I had already completed the shed and planned to add an inner wooden frame for support. Unfortunately, the shed blew down and fell apart during a day of stronger winds before I could add the inner frame. As a response, vidaXL offered me a full refund with a return of the damaged parts, which I accepted.

Overall, I am satisfied with the customer service and the return policy. The shed was not the best quality, but the company made up for it by offering a full refund and being responsive to my concerns. I would recommend vidaXL US for their customer service, but I would caution against purchasing their sheds unless you plan to add additional support.

Vidaxl Disappointing Experience with Vida XL: A Warning to Other Buyers

I am writing this review to share my experience with Vida XL, an online store where I purchased an awning for my pool house. At first, I was thrilled to find a reasonably priced awning on their website. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when I received the product.

The awning arrived in four boxes, and there were so many parts that I found it too complicated to assemble on my own. I ended up hiring a handyman to assemble and mount it on my pool house. It took him four afternoons to complete the job.

Once the awning was mounted, I discovered that the motor included in the package was malfunctioning. It rolled up when I hit the opposite button, and only opened one foot. I contacted Vida XL's customer service, and they were very helpful. They offered me a full refund, but I had already paid the handyman hundreds of dollars to assemble and mount the awning.

I asked if they could send me another motor that worked, but they informed me that the motor was on backorder indefinitely. I looked through the instruction manual and realized that the manufacturer of the motor had two different styles: one for blinds and one for awnings. The one they shipped me was for blinds, which explained why it didn't work on the awning.

I emailed Vida XL with this information, and they took the time to investigate. They eventually got back to me, saying that they shipped me the right motor, but it was labeled incorrectly in the instruction manual. I tried to order the correct motor online, but it was also on backorder.

I ended up with a fully assembled awning mounted on my pool house that wouldn't open. I went the entire summer without shade, despite paying $1000 (including the assembly/mounting fee). I finally decided to take Vida XL up on their offer for a full refund, but they told me it was too late. After numerous emails and phone calls with Capital One, I ended up losing $825 and a broken awning on my pool house.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Vida XL. While their customer service seemed helpful at first, I believe that they are running a scam. I caution other buyers to beware and wish them good luck.

Vidaxl Headboard

I ordered a full size headboard. Received the item and the item is not the correct size. When assembled, the item doesn’t fit and it’s way too big, looks like I received a king instead of a full size. Even when I tried to stack it. It seems like it’s a twin and wouldn’t work for me. I’ve contacted overstock and the company itself and it seems like I’m getting the runaround to return the item and get the correct replacement that was ordered. At this point, I just want to get refunded since this is not getting resolved.

Vidaxl overcharging from prices listed on website

If I could give them a 0, I would. I wish I had read reviews before buying from them. The price one of my items was $532 when I placed my order online.

2 days later they send an invoice charging me $60 more!

when I write customer service they claim "we can't do anything if the price went down"

The price did NOT go down, they overcharged me.

Not to mention the color they shipped me is entirely the wrong color & they are offering a measly $6 credit for that mistake, which is a complete joke off a $600+ order value.

Desired outcome: for them to honor the price that was listed on the website the day I placed my order. Otherwise they are stealing from customers

Vidaxl Mixed Feelings: My Experience with vidaXL US - A Review

I recently had an experience with vidaXL US (vidaxl.com) that left me with mixed feelings. On April 5th, I ordered a sink from their website - the vidaXL Basin River Stone Oval 11.8"-14.6". Unfortunately, when the sink arrived, it was not as advertised. Instead of the oval shape I had ordered, the sink was triangular and much smaller than I expected. The inside diameter was only between 5" and 8", and the sink was only up to 10" in size. Naturally, I was disappointed and requested a refund.

Getting the refund was not as easy as I had hoped. I had to drive two hours out of my way to get return labels printed and return the sink at the closest UPS location. It was a hassle, but I was hopeful that my next order would go more smoothly.

On April 12th, I ordered another sink from vidaXL US - the vidaXL Basin, Ceramic Rectangular Black 16.1"x11.8"x4.7". This time, I was very happy with the product. It arrived on time and was exactly what I had ordered.

However, my experience with vidaXL US took a turn for the worse on April 24th. I received an email stating that my replacement for the first sink I had ordered was ready for shipment. The problem was, I had never asked for a replacement. I had requested a refund, and I had already returned the sink I had received. I emailed vidaXL US to remind them of this fact, but I received no response.

On April 27th, I received a replacement for the sink I had never asked for. I sent two more emails to vidaXL US, explaining the situation and asking to be compensated for the extra two hours I would need to drive to return the sink I never ordered. Once again, I received no response. In the end, I had to return the sink at my own expense before vidaXL US would issue me a refund.

Overall, my experience with vidaXL US was a mixed bag. While I was happy with the second sink I ordered, the first sink was a disappointment and the customer service I received was lacking. If you're considering ordering from vidaXL US, I would recommend proceeding with caution.

Vidaxl Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products from vidaXL US

I gotta say, I've had some pretty bad experiences with customer service before, but vidaXL US takes the cake. I ordered a dining table from them and it arrived completely broken. I mean, it was in pieces. I was pretty upset, but I figured, hey, accidents happen. I'll just contact their customer service and get a replacement.

Well, that was easier said than done. Their phone lines were down, so I tried to use their chat feature. The representative I spoke to was not helpful at all. In fact, they were downright hostile. They told me that it was my fault the table was broken and that I would have to pay for a replacement. I was shocked. I mean, I didn't even get a chance to use the table before it broke!

So, I decided to try email communication. That was a mistake. It took forever to get a response, and when I did, it was always late. And when I finally did get a replacement table, it was broken too! And not just a little bit. The box didn't even say "fragile" on it, and it was clearly mishandled during shipping. And to make matters worse, the replacement table was incorrectly made. The screws didn't match up, the drill holes were in the wrong place, and there were even entire wood blocks in the wrong place. And to top it all off, there was bird poop on some of the pieces!

I was beyond frustrated at this point. I had been dealing with this for over 3 months, and I still didn't have a fully functional table. And the customer service agents were no help at all. They were rude and unapologetic, and they refused to compensate me in any way. I couldn't believe it.

Honestly, I don't know how this company is still in business. I would highly recommend purchasing from somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and frustration.

Vidaxl Terrible Experience with VidaXL US: Defective Product, Poor Customer Service, and Stock Issues

I had a terrible experience with VidaXL US. I ordered a lounge chair and after putting it together, I noticed that the bamboo was defective. I contacted customer service and they asked for pictures and a video, which I provided. Then, they asked me to take the entire thing apart, repackage it, and drop it off at UPS. I did everything they asked, and they promised to send me a new replacement and process an exchange.

However, they refunded me instead, saying that the item was out of stock. I went online to double-check, and they were showing that they had stock. I decided to place a new order to not miss out, but I had to pay more. I figured they could just credit me the difference, but after everything we went through, they refused to do so.

Now, I am waiting for the item to arrive so I can send it back for returns and purchase it cheaper from Overstock. It's frustrating and disappointing. I wish they had better customer service and were more transparent about their stock. I feel like they should pay me for all the time and hassle I have spent dealing with them.

Overall, I would be very careful when buying from this company. They have a lot of issues with their products and customer service. It's a shame because they have some nice items, but the hassle is not worth it. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your purchases.

Vidaxl Disappointing Experience with vidaXL US Outdoor Lit Christmas Tree - Poor Customer Service and Faulty Lights

I recently purchased an outdoor lit Christmas tree from vidaXL US and unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. Within the first 24 hours of setting up the tree, the lights stopped working. I was very disappointed and immediately reached out to the company for assistance. However, their response was not what I was hoping for. They informed me that it was not possible to get replacement lights and that I would have to return the entire tree and reorder a new one. This was very frustrating as it took me 2 hours to assemble the tree and another 2 hours to take it down.

Despite my disappointment, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a new tree. However, just 2 days later, the lights on this tree also stopped working. I was extremely frustrated and reached out to the company once again. This time, I asked for a partial refund so that I could purchase replacement lights or for them to send me a return label. However, their response was not helpful. They informed me that they could send replacement lights in 2-3 weeks, which was not ideal as this was a Christmas decoration and it would only be up for 4 weeks. I then requested for them to send me a return label, like they did last time. However, they informed me that they had already refunded me, which was not true as I had not received any refund.

I have been trying to resolve this issue for 9 days now and I still have not received a solution. The customer service is terrible and they only respond in the middle of the night, which makes me believe that they are not US-based. Overall, my experience with vidaXL US has been very disappointing and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Vidaxl Disappointing Experience with vidaXL US: Misleading Information and Poor Quality Control

I recently had an experience with vidaXL US that left me feeling quite disappointed. I was in the market for two beach chairs and decided to reach out to their customer service team to inquire about the hardware used to connect the chair pieces. I wanted to make sure that the hardware wouldn't rust over time, as I planned to use the chairs near the ocean. The representative I spoke with assured me that the hardware would not rust, so I went ahead and made the purchase.

When the chairs arrived, I was disappointed to find that the hardware was actually made of steel and would indeed rust. To make matters worse, one of the chairs was missing some hardware altogether, rendering it completely useless. I reached out to the customer service team and began a back-and-forth correspondence that lasted for several days.

Eventually, I was provided with shipping labels and told that if I sent a copy of the receipt, my refund would be expedited and I wouldn't have to wait the standard three days. I did as instructed and sent a picture of the UPS receipt. However, two days later, I still hadn't received my refund. I requested a callback and waited for several hours before finally receiving a call back. The representative informed me that my refund was being processed and that I should receive it within 2-5 business days.

I couldn't help but wonder why I had bothered to send them a copy of the receipt in the first place if it wasn't going to expedite the process as promised. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with vidaXL US. Their customer service team was not helpful, and they provided misleading information about the products they sell. Additionally, the quality of their products was not up to par.

In my opinion, one star is too generous of a rating for this company. I would strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them, as they do not seem to have good quality control or a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Vidaxl vidaXL US Trailer Review: Great Quality Trailer, Poor Attachment Hardware QC

When I received my trailer from vidaXL US, I was excited to open it up and start using it. However, I was disappointed to find that thousands of tiny steel shot BB's had scattered all over my kitchen floor. Apparently, these were used to prevent the tube from collapsing during formation, but it would have been nice if the employees had taken the time to dump them out at the factory.

To make matters worse, the little axle bolt extensions were not machined very well. The internal threads that go on the bicycle axle were way oversize, so the threads barely caught on the axle threads. When I tried to tighten it up, I stripped the threads immediately. The external thread portion was also oversize, so I couldn't use my bicycle axle nuts on it and had to use the cheap nuts that came with it. I will have to fabricate my own so it will work like it needs to.

The metal tabs that lock the hitch forks to the axle didn't fit either. I had to reshape them with a hammer and vise to make them work. Additionally, the hitch tube that the hitch swivels in had a big dent, which I had to hammer out. I'm not sure if this happened during transport or manufacture, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

Despite these issues, the quality of the trailer itself was great. It looks good and works great, but the attachment hardware could use better quality control. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, but I hope that vidaXL US can improve their quality control in the future.

Vidaxl Unethical Business Practices: My Nightmare Experience with VidaXL US

I had a really bad experience with VidaXL US (vidaxl.com). I ordered a greenhouse from them and when it arrived, it was clearly a return item. The cover was damaged and ripped, and worst of all, it was too small. I tried to contact their customer service, but no one answered the phone and there was no valid return policy available. It took me over two weeks to get in touch with someone, which put me behind schedule for planting. This was supposed to be a fun project, but it turned into a nightmare.

Since I couldn't return the product, I had to spend more money and an entire weekend modifying the greenhouse to add a bottom and keep the heat in. It was a lot of work and a huge inconvenience. I was really disappointed with the customer service and business practices of VidaXL US. I even posted reviews on Trustpilot and other social media platforms to let people know how awful my experience was.

I will definitely be telling all my friends and colleagues about this unethical company. They messed with the wrong customers and I won't stop until the Better Business Bureau gets involved. Shame on you, VidaXL US.

Vidaxl Poor Customer Service and Damaged Goods: Our Experience with vidaXL Console Table

We recently bought the vidaXL Console Table Solid Fir Wood 48"x13.8"x31.5" from Bed Bath & Beyond's website. Unfortunately, when the table arrived, we noticed a dent on the top. We had to contact vidaXL directly to return it, which was a bit of a hassle. The UPS return label they sent us didn't work, so we had to find another way to create the label and ended up having to pay $13 for UPS to pick it up. We were disappointed that we had to pay for their mistake.

To make matters worse, they wouldn't send us a replacement table until they received proof that UPS had picked up the first one. We still haven't received a credit from them for the $13 we paid. After much back and forth with them, we finally received a replacement table. However, while assembling it, we discovered another damaged piece. We're currently waiting for a UPS label from vidaXL to return this second table.

Their responsiveness has been very slow, and we've had to wait three business days for a response from them. We've had many issues with this company, and their communication has been haphazard at best. We don't have any confidence in their products after receiving damaged goods twice. We definitely don't recommend the table we purchased or anything from vidaXL. We've wasted a lot of time assembling, disassembling, repacking, and communicating with the company. We plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Vidaxl Disappointing Customer Service and Fraudulent Practices: My Experience with Vida-XL on eBay

I recently bought a TV stand from Vida-XL on their eBay store. It was a brushed aluminum aviator style stand that looked really cool. However, when it arrived, I noticed that it had some damage on it. I was disappointed, but I figured I could just contact Vida-XL and get a refund or exchange.

When I submitted photos of the damage and requested a refund, Vida-XL responded with a promise of a partial refund adjustment. I was relieved that they were willing to work with me, but then things got weird. Instead of sending a refund to my original method of payment, they sent me a PDF of a form that said "We admit we owe you $xx." They called it a "credit note" and said that eBay could use the form to send funds back to my credit card.

I was skeptical, but I tried to use the form anyway. Unfortunately, eBay told me that the form was worthless and they couldn't do anything with it. I contacted Vida-XL again and they asked me to give them access to my bank account. I knew that was fraudulent and against eBay rules, so I refused.

Vida-XL claimed that they couldn't cut a paper check and mail it to me, and they also claimed that they couldn't refund to my original method of payment. I was frustrated and confused. I had to file a claim directly with my credit card company to get my refund. It was a hassle and it took a long time.

Overall, I was really disappointed with Vida-XL. The TV stand was damaged and their customer service was abysmal. They were incompetent and even fraudulent. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Vidaxl Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with vidaXL US Raised Beds

I gotta say, I was really impressed with the first set of raised beds I got from vidaXL US. They were just what I needed for my garden and they held up really well. Unfortunately, my second purchase didn't go quite as smoothly.

First of all, when I went to buy the beds, I couldn't find the shallower ones that I wanted on the website. I tried reaching out to the company a few times to see if they were going to restock them, but I never got a clear answer. It was pretty frustrating.

Then, when the beds finally arrived, the packaging was all banged up. I called the company right away to see what I should do, but I never got a response. I even took pictures of the damage and asked where to send them, but I never heard back. It was like they just didn't care.

I tried calling them again, but they only answer during really limited hours, which is tough for me because I work. When I finally got the boxes open, I found that the beds themselves were damaged too. I took pictures of that too, but since I couldn't get in touch with the company, I had to try to fix them myself. It was a real pain.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with the customer service at vidaXL US. I don't think I could recommend them to anyone, honestly. It's a shame, because their products are pretty good, but if they can't be bothered to help their customers when something goes wrong, what's the point?

Vidaxl Day bed frame sku:814644

Instructions are wrong. Days to connect piece A to some of the N pieces. But piece A has no holes in the side to connect. It would be helpful if you had words in the instruction book and labelled the pieces of world with the letters. Is this a fault in my 2 pieces of A wood? Or is it the wrong instructions.

Desired outcome: Explanation and detailed instructions. Are my piece A woods faulty or are your instructions wrong.

Vidaxl Order canceled and did not return my money

vida XL was third party vendor for my VidaXL bookcase with two draws purchased in 4/23/23 with BBB and vidaxl canceled my order on 5/12/23 and returned the money to bed bath and beyond. BBB now kept my money because vidaxl returned it after 5/7/23 and BBBt bankruptcy policy states no credits after 5/7/23. So I lost my money. Order # MPL3981718923.

Vidaxl Received a faulty product

I ordered a console table on the 21st of March,

Received it on the 24th,item was cracked and broken .

I have now contacted them 9 times to return this item but the courier they promised has never come to collect my package .

I emailed them yesterday again on the 13th of April, no reply .

Emailed Today 14th ,no reply.

Paid 247.99 .

3 weeks in and no collecting or refund .

I have requested 2 call backs.

I tried to call their office but closed at 3pm on a Friday although it had longer buisness hours .

Can somebody help as I would like to buy a replacement

Vidaxl Faulty product but no refund

I ordered a sideboard on 28 February. It arrived and there were bits that didn't fit towards the end of the build. I emailed them and they said to return the item "in its original condition" which, obviously, was not possible. However, I tried to dis-assemble it and it fell to pieces. It was therefore not returnable "IN ORIGINAL CONDITION". They the had the gall to offer me £50 to fix it locally! In desperation, I just got my neighbour to take it, in bits, to the local tip. They are not able to replace it as there are no replacements available so I asked for a refund. It was faulty, not fit for purpose, not fixable and not possible to return what was left of it.

I opened a dispute through Paypal. They were useless. VidaXL offered me a full refund if I sent it back, despite having been told more than 3 times that it was not possible.

I sent them the legal position regarding consumer rights and they have just ignored the law. They have offered me £80 compensation on an item which was £178.99. Why should I have to pay for a useless item, on which they are illegally withholding a refund.

Desired outcome: A full refund of the purchase price so I don't have to take legal action.

Vidaxl Anthracite metal shed

Last September I purchased a VidalXL metal shed from a distributor on Ebay. I did not get around to putting it together until recently. The kit is missing two base rails that make it impossible to put the shed together. I contacted VidalXL and they told me they will not get me the parts, I even offered to pay a small fee for the parts, very disappointed.

Vidaxl Return policy

This company, a third patty vendor on overstock, was THE WORST I have ever dealt with in my years of purchasing online. I was sent 4 vidalXL teak Sunloungers at a cost of $1,499.00. Usually I assemble any furniture, etc. but my husband did it this time and he was complaining that the joints were very hard to assemble. After much work and complaining he thought he finished the job. However after about 60 days The joints started to become loose fall apart and splinter. This rendered or three of the chairs unusable. When an arm fell off I looked on The joint and saw that it was full of glue when I looked in the mortise hole it was splintered and full of glue as well. My husband had not glued the joints evidently the chairs had been glued ripped apart and shipped to me. This would’ve made it impossible to put the chair together properly and it would have never been stable. I asked for a full refund and the company refused to grant it. After weeks of trying they offered to me the option to print out a label box all of the chairs up And take them to the shipping company. They also warned me that damaged goods would not be refunded. These are going back for a refund because they are damaged As described above. I don’t have boxes large enough to fit the chairs. I would have to unscrew them which is nearly impossible rip them apart causing further damage. Additionally I do not have a vehicle large enough to put them in. I will have to go through my credit card company and hopefully they will resolve this.

Desired outcome: A full refund.
