Victoria's Secret - Pink store

I understand were dealing with crazy things right now but there is no reason before you enter a store asking you, so what are you showing for today - me "panties" what kind of panties? Really? Then do you want the pink store or the Victoria's Secret store? Why would you ask that... Because I'm not a teenage girl... Why do you have to answer these questions before you enter the store, and what does this have to do with a virus...?

Desired outcome: looking at store policy and they way they are make customer feel -
