This company hired others to enter our private backyard to remove trees and shrubs (6) that were permitted to be grown by a previous board without our consent or notice, despite having numerous contact information. Despite confirmation that *** ordered the removal, he and the company are basically claiming that the ordered work was vandalism. The *** is supportive of this action without any notification to us. We received notices of all other issues for 13 years and always responded without questions. Now, value destruction has occurred and they deny liability. Avoid! Run! Fire!
