Ogden & Company Inc West

Ogden & Company Inc West is the worst HOA I have ever encountered! They don't even bother to enforce their CC&A's. The only thing they seem to care about is collecting their fees on time, every month. It's a complete mess in my housing area! The weeds in my neighbor's yard are completely out of control, and their garage cans are left out for days. I took the time to write a letter to the so-called "manager" of this area, but I didn't receive a single response. What's the point of having them if they don't do anything? Why am I even paying them a monthly HOA fee? These questions keep lingering in my mind without any answers. If anyone has any information on how and to whom I can report this, I would greatly appreciate it.

I got a letter in the mail from Ogden & Company Inc West on 9/24, and it said the violation happened on 9/17. They said I had to pay $150 for fixing a car. The picture they sent showed my garage door open, and someone sitting on the floor, but there was no car nearby with the hood up. My neighbor took the picture, and they always come over to argue about stupid things. It's crazy that they would charge me based on a picture that doesn't show anything except an open garage door. I'm really surprised and this is just ridiculous.

Beware of the property managers at Ogden & Company Inc West. They don't follow the CC&R's or the AZ Statues. They don't follow the law! A company is only as good as its employees, so this says a lot. The office support staff are great and doing a good job. I think the property manager at Regency at Garden Grove should learn more about the law. She's not a lawyer...
