Vicrez review: Widebody kit purchase

I had ordered a widebody kit from vicrez, which had taken a month to get it, which I understand. Got a wait for parts to come in which is fine. Then the last part that came was my bumper to the rear bumper and the front bumper came in the same box. The front bumper was in the bottom of the box wrapped correctly, but then my rear bumper was folded over so now there’s a crease in the bumper and I have tried endlessly with vicrez to resolve this issue and send me a replacement bumper because I have a crease in my bumper from the shipping department of vicres folding it and they don’t seem to be wanna be responsible for it. But first when I talk to them, they c told me it was the transit company and I asked them today. How could it be the transit company when it was the way that the bumper was Packed in the box. Yes I know if my bumper was damage from the box being damaged yes that would be the transit company but I’m complaining about how my bumper was folded put in the box. I added a couple photos and you can see that the holes are different than the other holes. That’s where the damage I’m talking is and that’s because of where the bumper was folded in the box, it like bent, they give me the whole like oblong where the other ones are not.
