VFS Global review: Visa at you doorstep appointment

I used VFS Global’s “Visa at Your Doorstep” service for a German Schengen visa and was surprised by how inefficient the process was. The website initially failed due to timeouts, and although that was eventually resolved, the support experience was extremely poor.

Every inquiry I submitted received the same template response, regardless of the details provided. It felt like no one was actually reading the messages. For a service that charges a premium fee, I expected clear communication and proper guidance, but instead encountered delays and a lack of transparency.

The service needs significant improvement to meet the standards expected by applicants.

I have opened around 8-10 tickets and the last one ist [G-[protected]] and even called from Indian region but the people at support are not explaining what to do . They are asking for an appointment PDF which is not available after submitting the form on website (https://vfs.mioot.com/forms/VAYD/?id=29fc8f7d ) I am paying ~16000 Rs for the service in addition to visa fee. I would atleast expect you have some people who understand the process. Resubmitted the Form again with Ref: 7258691.
