VFS Global review: Uploading of documents such as passport copy

I have been attempting to make your VFS booking for submitting my documents. But it is so wasting time for several days. Why can't you create another option like directly applying with passport copy using our registered email. This process is so awkward and horribly wasting customers time. And your voice recordings aslo not audible and clear .Please consider this fact and introduce easy way for VFS booking. Thanks with regeret!
