The VFS Global website does not allow you to book appointments. It consistently says no appointments are available. You cannot turn up at their centres without an appointment. When phoning their helpline, you cannot get through. The phone is never answered.
We've been trying for weeks to renew a passport and it seems impossible to use the service that VFS Global say they provide.
