VFS Global review: Long wait line for call, no response on email

1) I have terrible experience with vsf with my application - there is longer processing time and candidates are not giving enough information. I need to make application trice because they had a glitch on their end - and no refund.
2) communication is really very bad with them, longer call-chargeable with no solution.
3) promised to response and take the case personally and no answer afetr that once you hung up, its a like a dead end. After a while you call again and explain whole scenario to another person spend your money just like that and again no response or taking care of application.
Very very very poor service-need this firm get audited throully
