On August 23 I filed for an evisa for an upcoming trip to Brazil. I paid $35.20 to courier my passport facepage and passport photo to the company on August 25. Since then I have had to upload these documents every day. I notified the company that they have a bug in their system asking for the same documents repeatedly at least 60 times!

In despair, I contacted my senator for help when I received a threatening email saying my application would be canceled and my fees are non-refundable.

Desired outcome: I want my evisa.
