STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! All he is interested in is taking your money. I had the eye rise procedure which Dr. Bracci claimed would make my circles disappear, eliminate puffiness, and I would be rid of the under eye bags. Well- I had the procedure, and it didn't work. I looked no different. I went back to fix it, and he injected something under my eyes and said"there. much better." It is now a month later and people keep telling me that I look tired. Every day I look in the mirror I am so unhappy and angry with myself that I allowed this man to work on my face. I look no different and wasted so much money. When I did research, I found out that he is not even certified in plastic surgery, nor is he certified in NJ where I had the procedure done! He has offices in NY and Miami also. He is a good scam artist nothing more.
