Complete fraud company. They will continuously call you with long promises only till you make the payment. After that you will not get any update or progress. They use abusive language with clients, if things don`t work in their favour and also give death threats. Even normal people have better detective skills than this professional agency, they will do nothing after taking your money, just occasionally send you building photos which make no sense to your issue. Extremely poor support or working team. Would never recommend.

I gave them a pre-marital inquiry for a boy, and just two days later, the nationwide COVID lockdown was announced. I asked them if they were still working, and they said no, which was understandable. I decided to wait for the lockdown to be revoked.

When the lockdown was lifted in phase 3, I asked for an update, but I received no response. I called them after two weeks to ask for my money back, and instead of giving me an explanation or an update, the lady on the phone started shouting at me. She said that she couldn't return the money and that I could do whatever I wanted to. I was shocked and disappointed by the lack of customer service I received for the amount of money I paid.
