I joined Spring Legal Group for Debt consolidation. They said in about 6 months my creditors would get a fair settlement, my credit would improve, and the harassing phone calls would stop. But after a year, I still received hundreds of harassing phone calls and they never contacted the creditors. I paid over $7000.00 and now they're saying I owe even more because of ridiculous fees. I signed a contract that was like 50 pages long and would take a room full of lawyers 2 weeks to understand. None of their promises were true. I want a complete refund of all the money they took from me.

Spring Legal Group took money from my account even though I called them beforehand to cancel any services. I've called them three times and they assured me that the service was canceled and that I would receive a refund within six business days. They withdrew $522.80 from my account on June 23rd, and I've been trying to resolve this issue with them since then. They also advised me to contact ***, but when I reached out to global holdings, they informed me that they hadn't received any cancellation request and that there was only around $40 in that account. I have an email where I attempted to cancel the services, but they claimed they didn't have my information. Additionally, I left a voicemail for the agent who assisted me, explicitly instructing her to cancel everything before sending out my information.

I joined Spring Legal Group in June for help with lowering my debt balance. I had three creditors: Bank of America, Lending Club, and Prosper Funding. According to our contract, Spring Legal Group should have contacted me before agreeing to any settlement offer that is 55% or more. Unfortunately, they didn't follow this agreement and settled with Prosper Funding in March without my consent. This was a major issue for me.

Another problem arose on June 24, when I called Spring Legal Group to check on a summons I had sent them via email on June 11. They never uploaded the summons to my file on that day. As a result, I had to personally go to the court building on June 25, to file my response. It's clear that Spring Legal Group is not honoring our contract and their customer service is below average.

I started with Spring Legal Group in July . I've been paying them $652.24 every month to settle 4 debt accounts. So far, I've made 14 payments totaling $9,135.56. During these 14 months, I never received any updates about my accounts. Every time I called, they would say they were working on a different account. After 14 months, I found out that all 4 accounts went into collections because Spring Legal Group hadn't been in touch with them. When I first joined, they promised to settle at least one account within 6 months, but after 14 months, none of my accounts were settled. I canceled the program on 9/13, but they didn't process it until I called 3 more times. Finally, on 9/29, they canceled it and refunded me $1,200. They said I could talk to a supervisor to get a full refund since they hadn't helped with any of my debt accounts. On October 19th, I spoke to a representative who took my information and recorded a claim for a full refund. They said I would receive it within 7 business days. On November 5th, I called again because I hadn't received the refund. They told me the representative I spoke to didn't submit the claim. I had to talk to another person who claimed to be a supervisor, and they said I would only get $500 back. This company scammed me out of $9,000.
