I've been wearing my beautiful cognac leather jacket for a few months now and I'm really impressed with the quality. I am so in love with it. The leather is soft and comfortable. I bought it because of the color which is stunning and I never had a cognac color in my wardrobe. I am so sure that this is definitely a jacket that will stand the test of time. Thank you Angel Jackets!

The communication about the order was clear and kept me up to date. The jacket was delivered in a lovely lightweight holder. Once opened, the jacket was effectively packaged. I was quiet dubious about ordering a leather jacket online, but once it arrived and tried on. Wow! It was so comfy and fits me like a glove. Just waiting for the right occasion and weather to wear.

Such great customer service to go along with their beautiful leather jackets! I bought one and I should have followed the provided size chart as it was too small for me. I was expecting a hassle to exchange the jacket for a larger size. No hassle. I printed the label they sent and in just days Angel Jacket had sent a new jacket. The leather is so soft and supple. Exceptional quality at a reasonable price point! Beautiful jackets in so many styles that you won't find anywhere else.

Product was of excellent quality but unfortunately, did not fit properly. Customer service was wonderful and offered 4 options to return. I chose a full refund to my original method of payment and was emailed a return label the next day. Once my return reached the return center, my credit card reflected the refund in full. In my opinion, this company is amazing both because of the wonderful quality of the leather jacket but also their outstanding customer service. I will definitely use this company again.

Purchased a *** Womens Black Long Leather Shearling Coat from the company and received a poorly made product that arrived crammed into a plastic bag. The leather is stiff and reeks of some harsh chemical, and the faux shearling lining is the texture of old carpeting. The item is uncomfortable and looks terrible. Does not correspond to the description of their website. Within an hour of receiving this I placed a request for a refund and a return shipping label. Waiting for a response on their end - nothing yet. Buyer beware.

Ordered one of their jackets. Was so excited about receiving it! Which means I was just as disappointed when I received it. The size was correct but the fit/sizing was much shorter than the image...Seemed like the photographed jacket was different than what I received - as it it was a knock-off design. I am 5'4 and 117 pounds. I am pretty average and my bodily proportions are normal. Really wished this jacket worked for me! And, they make returning the jacket an expensive hassle. Won't try to buy from this company again...

I have had great experience shopping on line because I read a lot of reviews from sp customer experiences. *** is one of those on line store where I purchased not one but several jackets. To give this company a great feedback is just returning a favor to those people who helped me buy .To buy online is based on pure trust and faith to the company. I had great experience with Angel Jackets from the customer service, the shipping and update, to the product quality and fit I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend !

I was confused using the size chart because the reviews suggested going a size up. I finally settled on ordering two jackets one in my usual size "large" that the chart suggested and an "extra large" (xl) according to the people's suggestion of going for one size larger. Large fit me inch to inch nevertheless, I decided to keep xl because of the longer length (I have a long torso actually) . The color of the jacket was spot on, shiny because of the wax style. I suggest new buyers get size suggestions from customer service first before placing the order. Pity I didn't do it.

This business is fraudulent. We ordered two coats, and both were poor quality and smelled like roadkill. I have tried in good faith to return them, and they refused to provide a shipping return address. They offered $50 to clean the jacket. Customer service refuses to return the jackets. The jackets were also sent from Pakistan and marked as sample with a $15 value. The email says that they use a lesser value to get it through customer. Please avoid this company if you want to avoid a headache. They also have several other jacket sites, including FJ jackets. This is an elaborate scheme.

Very, very pleasantly surprised. I was a bit hesitant with buying what appeared to be such a great deal for a leather jacket onlineas we all know, when its too good to be true, it usually is. But the leather jacket I bought from Angel Jackets far exceeded my expectations. True leather, a perfect fiteven the way it was packaged, shipped and delivered, were more along the lines of what I would expect from a Nordstroms or ***. This jacket is perfect. Great product, great price and great service. I will definitely purchase with complete confidence from here againand againand again.

I was honestly blown away by how excellent their customer service is here! This was my first purchase and the jacket I ordered was delivered extremely fast, arriving in a couple of days. The jacket was very well made and I was excited to start wearing it but I actually ordered the wrong size. I sent an email to customer service asking how to exchange the jacket and received an immediate response with multiple hassle free options that didn't cost me anything. It's only been a couple of days since I asked about an exchange and my new jacket is already being shipped! I will definitely be a lifetime customer!

I bought a jacket from them which is not true to size. I've been fighting with them for over a month to return the jacket. They want to charge 50 percent restocking fees, which is not mentioned when you buy the jacket, plus a whole lot of other nonsense. Finally, after a month they tell me I'll get a refund, but I will have to return the jacket to the United Arab Emirates, even though they're located in the United States. If I return the jacket it will cost me $147.00 to return the jacket. My credit card was charged the amount of the jacket to a company called HEXDAR. This is an extremely disreputable company, and I am out of the price of my jacket. DO NOT DEAL WITH ANGEL JACKETS, THEY'RE THEIVES!

Best *** ever!I ordered a jacket a couple of weeks ago. From the moment I payed, they kept me informed of the status of my order. Shipping was free and fast. The jacket is very pretty but unfortunately, it was a little too big for me. I contacted Angel Jackets right away by email to exchange it for a smaller size. They answered right away. They gave me options and sent me a new jacket at no cost keeping the one I already received. I insisted I wanted to return the first one, they were so thoughtful and kind; they are 100% committed to providing the best products they can with the best customer service possible. Truly, I'm amazed by their professionalism and generosity. Buying again of course and telling my friends and family. Update: I just gota my new jacket in my size! Beautiful! Fits perfectly! Thank you so much Angel Jacket! THE BEST!

I'm so in love with this jacket!The color, style and quality is perfect! I was apprehensive at first because I've never heard of this company before and buying online is sometimes not such a good idea. I saw that the price was very reasonable, not too high, but also not too low, showing that the quality should be fair at the very least.I made my decision to buy this jacket because not only did I fall in love with the style, but going outside of the website, most reviews were 5 stars, with actual customer photos.When I received my jacket, I was blown away.The style, of course was just absolutely gorgeous, but the quality was impeccable! The care into the packaging for shipping was quite impressive!Also, before they shipped the jacket, customer service made sure to continue to send emails to ensure the correct sizing as well as updates on the process of shipping and delivery!I highly recommend buying from this company! You will not be disappointed!

What a joke of a company. First of all, their products are not as advertised. The "leather" jacket I received, was a horrible plasticky material that reeked of chemicals. It came from Pakistan, and had a stated value of $15 on the packing slip, even though I paid $164. I immediately contacted the company trying to return the item. Their customer service site boasts of such easy exchanges; yeah right. That's where I found the next issue. While entering the information for the exchange, they try to trick you into choosing the "partial refund" option, by making it look, as if it's not working properly. The "partial refund" button, seems to get stuck, as if you chose it, even when repeatedly choosing the "full Refund" option. Makes you try to make it go away by touching it and voila, immediately thanks you for choosing the partial refund! Which, unsurprisingly, is the ONLY thing on their site that works swiftly. Again, I immediately contacted them (via email, because it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone) letting them know I wasn't happy and that I wanted a full refund. I got an email with an apology, asking me to try again, which I did. I then got an authorization number and an address to return the item (at my expense) to one of their warehouses. I mailed the jacket back via certified mail and contacted them, providing the tracking number for the item, as they had requested. Well, I just got an email back from them saying that unfortunately, the "partial refund" had been initiated "as I had requested"! Why would I had gone through the trouble of returning the jacket for a partial refund, when they were offering the refund even if I kept the crappy jacket? Again, predatory tactics. UGH, these people are the worst. I just contacted them, again, reminding them of all this and demanding a full refund. We'll see what happens. People, don't fall for this scam. DO NOT do business with this company. By the way, do not believe those five starts reviews. They must be from themselves, because there's no way, anyone can be happy with this company. Do yourself a favor and look for them and "scam" before purchasing anything from them. I am giving them one star here because there's no minus option. They don't deserve any stars.
