I purchased a 55 inch TV from RS Puram Coimbatore and delivered at OMR Chennai through Shollinganallur shop. It is a Samsung TV purchased in MAY 2023.

Now the picture tube and the display board are gone. I require to replace the whole TV, which is a fault at Quality. I do not accept this is from a reputed company.

Hi, we purchased VGuard water heater Seita Plus from your Gandhipuram showroom on 19th May 2023. Inatallation done jn a 3 days time. Now within 3 months time heatet is not working & water is not getting hot.

Hi Team,

I recently purchased Ultra Wet Grinder Gold + 110V as I was travelling to UK. I initially went for the regular Indian make which is suitable for 220V, however the sales manager suggested to go with 110 V and confirmed that it is suitable for UK without requiring any adaptor. I unpacked the device only today and found that the plug doesn't fit in my UK socket. We immediately called the store manager (Vasanth & Co Tambaram branch) and he now suggested to use an adaptor and confirmed that it is safe.

If I had to use an adaptor /convertor, I could have gone for the regular Indian make which is 4000 INR less than the 110v make. Upon using the adaptor which produces 230V output, I can see lot of smoke coming out from bottom and sides with a burning odor.

This is really frustrating as we trusted the store manager and payed 4K extra for this model and now I am unable to use the product after spending luggage charges for my flight. The selling party reassured multiple times that this appliance is suitable for UK, without having any knowledge on UK Power supply (although I insisted it is 220v).

I need either Vasanth & Co to take responsibility of this issue as I am unable to even test the grinder in UK which is only 5 days old.

Please escalate this issue asap and email me the next steps.

I bought a 55"SAMSUNG LED TV from Marthandam branch Vasanth &Co. Initially they give damaged piece and which they have replaced , but the replaced TV was not the fresh piece , but a displayed piece which was displayed in the showroom for more than year now we facing multiple issues with the TVfor which we contact Vasanth & Co Marthandma branch they are not responding properly.so i request have the detailed investigation to clarify if the issue is ourside or is that it because of the old display unit which was running more than year.we believe Vasanth &Co Marthandam branch showroom cheated us and they are blaming us .we feel very uncomfortable.

Four days back I visited this showroom. While I saw the refrigerator their were some air bubbles inside the scratch guard in the bottom door. The showroom TL and other sales persons told me that while the machine is been installed the demo person will remove that scratch guard. So no need to worry about the air bubbles. So I paid an advance amount and left. Later, yesterday I visited the dealer shop again to make the full payment and buy the product. But this time I noticed many air bubbles compared to last time. Since they said the scratch guard will be removed by the demo person I made full payment and purchased it. But now the demo person who visited my place states that the scratch guard should not be removed. Otherwise it will get damaged easily.

Why is this dealer shop TL and all the sales people are cheating the customers like this just to sale the damaged product. We are not buying the products for free. I had paid Rs. 25,000/- for this.

Only the Vasanth and Co company is fully responsible for this. Either replace the refrigerator with the same model or I need my money to be refunded.

If necessary steps is not been taken regarding this issue I will escalate this further to the higher office.

Kindly take necessary steps asap.

(8/10/2022) I have purchase the lg soundbar sp2 model. This model is purchase for 6000 rupees. I have mainly purchase for tv. Because of tv sound clarity is low. I am purchase the tv on 2017. I have upgrade to sound clarity to purchase the soundbar on vasanth & co kumbakonam. I am using Samsung ua40j5200 model. This model is not support for Bluetooth, hdmi (arc) and optical cable. The lg soundbar is work on optical cable, Bluetooth and hdmi (arc) only. I have not connect for tv on wireless or wired. and the sales man is not guide properly. This soundbar is work on hdmi (arc) is not tell the sales man. I have buy many convertor is used. And the results is fail. please register this complaint and resolved the problem. This soundbar is useless on my tv. Please return the product and refund my money.

Useless is the perfect word to name then seriously ...whatever u ask will be only no reply from them ...also main thing they doesn't know what they have in their shop ... customer has to spend they precious time and waste them like hell ...cCLIMB ALL THE STEPS to hear there is no stock of items ..

Hi, We bought 4 AC in one bill among I 1ton AC is damaged and the technician asked to go for replacement. We have informed about the issue and due to summer we request to do replace it with new one. But the Vasanth and Co in charge person is asking is saying he can replace the broke cover if replacement it take 7 to 10days and I am writing this on 9th day from the day i raised the issue with the Vasanth and Co Ambattur store. The person is showing very rude answers and he is really not taking any seriousness for the product we bought and we suffer in summer without AC in one bedroom.

I am wondering I billed the amount with Vasanth and Co and why they asking me to wait until Panasonic return the damage piece. They billed with Panasonic and they should put for replacement and with for a new one not the customer who brought from Vasanth and Co.

My request to all is please dont go and buy in this Ambattur Vasanth and Co store also all the products has main dealer and if we get it from them why we need like this third party people when they dont have courtesy for their customer.

Hii I'm surya. My sister bought a new tv on 2021april14. Now the tv display was damaged.This company product is very very worst including Haier products. Just one year only going on but the tv display was damaging and this quality was very very worst.The tv cost was 42,800Rs/- I really disappointed for this product.

I am from Madurai. I just buy Eruka Aquaguard Enhance Ro+Auto UV LED from Madurai branch Vasanth and co which is at 14/02/2022.. Completed one and half month obviously board get repair and I make call to you aqua guard customer care and they send technician to sort out that but unfortunately he told that board get repair. Just for one month itself it got repair means how it works further for that purpose. We ask for replacement... For past 2 weeks this problem will occur, still there is no more responsible action will take by vasanth and co... Highly disappointed the way they treat for replacement... Kindly sort out this issue as soon as possible and replaced the machine. Please find the attachment for your reference... Otherwise I just want to rise the complaint to higher officials...

Vasanth &Co, Ambattur, we have purchased Hitachi AC on 27.3.2022, Invoice inclusive of delivery charges, but they say free home delivery.

They say free AC installation, but they charge for it.

Even white tape which is rolled on copper pipes they are charging

Delivery charges paid Rs.200.00

For white type rolling over copper tube paid Rs.150

For fixing Outdoor unit in stand Rs.250

But Vasanth &Co says Free delivey and Free installation

I purchased a Preethi blue leaf platina mixie from north Usman road tnagar branch on 08-09-2021.
Rotatory knob in the base unit got broken with in ten days if purchase (i. e 19.09.2021)
I registered a complaint on their given customer care number-[protected], twice the same day and asked for replacement for the defect product what they sold. But they replied that thaey want to get approval from Preethi so that they can replace and for that they ll take 15days. So I decided to take the product to the showroom but they directed us to Preethi service centre in the tnagar, mixie is an essential product eventhough I'm pregnant I took the product and went to that Preethi service centre but there too they refused to replace and there they again asked us to go to showroom after a big struggle they replaced only the base unit and (one more important thing is they didn't even considered that as a damage product and they packed the same product for sales in the same showroom
See public how cheater they are I have proof of everything.
Please don't this guy's products anymore.🙏
They are making more advertisement and attracting people to buy fake products as well as damaged goods. be careful people.

I have purchased a ceiling fan on 06.12.2020, here i have enclosed warranty card & purchase bill,
(Model : Seabreeze 1200mm) within 7months fan not working, heavy sound observed, regarding this i had raised a complaint on 10.09.2021 (Service req. no [protected]/01) your service provided didn't attend to my complaint on my doorstep, then i have removed the fan & i have travelled 5km and hand over to Mr.Siva (Ph no. [protected], [protected], SK engineer in Hosur, Tamilnadu), as he said within an hour it will be rectified, but at the end of the day he concluded it may take 3 to 4 days, because of spare parts not available . I am fed up with using crompton made products, in future i will give poor rating to your service.

I had purchased a refrigerater from Vasanth & Co through their exhibition in Chennai Trade Centre on 13-Mar-21.
While purchasing they were so active and promised us that it will be delivered by next day. However its not yet delivered and the worst part is they keep giving fake promises that it will be delivered by today, tomorrow and keep routing us to different people. Everyday they tell us new stories like stock is not there, there was issue in their systems, there are issues in delivery, company person issue etc
If you can't deliver by a day or 2, these reasons make sense but its almost 10 days. If a particular product can be delivered only after 10 days then it should be informed to the customer while selling itself, then if it is upto us to bear the timelines or not. But they make all kinds of commitments to sell the products and then give us this new stories everyday. Even a manufacturing of a new fridge will not take 10 days but the delivery from a godown is taking this long is not digestable.

This is Ahamed, I have ordered for a double door LG refrigerator on 31/12/2020 and the sales person said it will be delivered on 05/01/2021 however I have not received the product yet.

Kindly provide the reason for delay. Moreover the bill they have provided contains delivery amount but the delivery person again requesting for delivery charges.

Why am I supposed to pay for delivery again and what's the reason for delay in delivering the product on time. If you're not able to deliver the product why the same has not been informed.

Then later on from your services centre from Pondicherry, Agent came to my address and installed the product. Until that time everything was perfect then he told us to buy a Washing machine Stand to protect, We accepted his request and informed him to arrange it.

Here is the problem started, That guy Assemble Wheel Stand for machine. I Suddenly warned the service person that this stand is not suitable for washing machines because while running these wheels will not be stable on the ordinary cement floor and move randomly here and there and create an unconditional situation and some take to very dangerous things.

Then your service person told me Sir i'm giving guarantee for this product suppose if this wheel stand not suitable means kindly inform me then i will replace Bush Stand. So far your Customer Service is not properly answering my complaint and they are not ready to accept my request and Not ready to hear the customer feedback and Not listening to Customer problem facing.

I purchased a samsung automating washing machine from Vasanth & Co at Bazaar Street, Salem. Purchased on 09/09/2020 and was delivered on 10/09/2020 and then we noticed that there was no thermacoal packing inside the machine and they have tied the machine for delivery in the vechile and it has cost 4 dents in the machine and complaint to Vasanth & Co the same and they said it will be replaced but till date(20/09/2020) it has not been done and there is no proper response to the customer's from there staff's. This is the worst experience we have faced with Vasanth & Co. As I reside in chennai I haven't faced these kind of problem in any branches at chennai. Please look into this and try to teach the staff's in salem how to handle the customer
