Varun Motors / Varun Maruti Service, 1st Free Service

Dear Maruti Team,

I am sorry to say this that I took wrong decision on purchasing vehicle from maruti Suzuki. My first service experience is too horrible and see the vehicle photos attached for your reference. I have invested so much of money for your birds [censored]. I like to bring to your notice on the same and very worst service from varum Motors. It doesn't look like after service car, hope it is free service and taken for granted .

I think road side service is better than your dealer service.Cant you put some covers until the delivery happens, even i have not taken much time after they informed about vehicle delivery after service. I hope you never thought of satisfying customers.

I am waiting here to take car delivery. Wasting my time and very much irritated by the service.

Varun Motors / Varun Maruti ac is not working and glass pieces are getting out

My vehicle got an accident and I have given to the Varun Motors Balanagar Hyderabad and before delivery they have to check total vechile and glass was break at accident they put other glass and the old glass pieces are in the car we I turn on the ac the glass praticlas are came in to my eyes then I cleand at my home u r taking lot of money then y ur not doing worst manager in Hyderabad Balanagar I have shared of these pictures please have look over there on dash board

Varun Motors / Varun Maruti False Billing of Vehicle Service_Request for Refund

Dear Sir/Mam,

I got my Celerio Vehicle Serviced today 03-Feb-2022. In that , they have unncessarily included charges for Interior Protection Covers and for Wax Top Kit.

When I called Mr Ranjtih to enquire , who is an AGM for Nanakramguda (Mobile Number : [protected]), he has replied very rudely and arrogantly stating that , "When hospitals are including amount for PPE kits and for other surgicals instruments, why can't we include the charges for Protection covers

".

May I request the management to clarify me , whether is this an appropriate way to behave.

The issue is :

1. Unncessarily billed for Wax Top Kit 100ML bearing 295 Rupees , which was never used and for Interior Protection Covers bearing 50 Rupees . Totalling to 345 Rupees which is utter false expenses and for which I would like to get the amount refunded.

2. Rude and Arrogant Behavior of Mr Ranjith who is an AGM of Nanakramguda.

Varun Motors / Varun Maruti Missed body cover in showroom while furnishing seat covers

I had purchased Maruti Swift vxi model.while furnishing seat covers body cover missed.After that we went out of station on some urgent work.Meanwhile we contacted the showroom person about missing body cover.He told that after that comes to showroom discuss with the manager.Now they told that we cannot do anything.If missed the acceries in ur premises who is responsible.It was not the matter of money.If we loose confidence how should we give for servicing.

Varun Motors / Varun Maruti Stay far away from Varun Motors

I have purchased maruti Swift from Varun Motors begumpet hyderabad, i booked my car by paying Rs.5000/- the executive called me and said my car is approved by ICICI bank & i can complete the formalities and take delivery very same day, during delivery time Mr. Rakesh said the booked amount will be returned in form of cheque, i kept on following with this executive for atleast 2 month, then he came back telling that the car was not approved by ICICI bank and this losses are in the form of interst rate i have to bare and they denied paying me the booked amount... its more than 2 months the executive has also not provided me with form 20 which is mandate for car registrations.

On November 10th we purchased a Maruti Shift and still registration wasn't completed. We are not getting a proper response from the dealers.

Could you please raise this complaint to higher management or I will take this to higher authorities.

I have submitted complaint on 04.10.2018 for my car RC name transfer which was purchased on 14.07.2018, but no response to my complaint. Please inform the present status of complaint to proceed further.

I have purchased Alto 800 LXI for 2016 model AP 16DZ 1557 from True Value @ Rs. 2, 80, 000/-, OPP NTR University, Vijayawada on 14.07.2018 and received delivery on 22.07.2018. The RC name transfer is not yet received, even though completed 60 days period. There is no response from the responsible persons about the RC name transfer. Till date, I have not received any true value certification from them.
In view of the above, it is requested to arrange to provide RC name transfer and inform the status and how many days will take for RC name transfer and expected the date for completion of the same. Please take immediate action in the regard, other-wise, I will be knocked the doors of justice.

As of now I didn' t get any reply from VARUN MOTORS. This is the way you treat customers. I'm already told you my TRUE Value car Chasis 88% scrape remain 12% based total body. What should I do? Can I for legally?

This is RAJESH from Vizag. Jan3rd-2017 I buy vehicle from VARUN True value. It's WAGNOR 2008 model Mr.Shiva (VARUN SALES EXECUTIVE)sold that vehicle. The vehicle chasis 88% scrape, rest of 12% based entire body. He given fake commitment, fraudulent VARUN MOTORS wants earn money from Customers, company need not to bother about Customer satisfaction. Shame on your cunning mentality. You people are misguided to customers. That sales executive not tell anything regarding CAR. Our VARUN MOTORS not take cheep QUALITY cars he said. Bloody you people always thinking about money you don't bother about Customer satisfaction. VARUN MOTORS doing fraud & Cunning Mentality.

This is Pradeep from Vijayawada. I had given my vehicle Alto 800 ( no : AP16DC2558) for service in main branch varun motors Vijayawada today i.e., 4th November, 2015.

Since first service I am giving complaint about the A.C. was noising. In first 2 services it was not rectified. Today also I told them mainly for the same complaint.

In third service also the A.C. complaint was not rectified even after my reminder to all concern people..

I want the problems has to be solved within immediate effect.

And the following snaps showing your irresponsibility of service to the customers.

If it comes under free servicing this is not correct way to maintain as per the below.

varun moters balanar branch service is very bad they are provided good information to customers perticularly insurence manager not provided clim information to customers. i am narendra on of the customer of varun moters . my car was dameged in small accident right mirror and back and front side bumpur dameged partially . i have insurence with 0 dip . i went to varun balanagar with my car i dont no whether the isurence is clmed or not that time even they are not explaind regarding insurence clime . they said these dameges are not cover under the clim then they replace the right mirror and they charged and they adjusts front and back bumpurs. but i am not satisfied with that service . so for next service i will go other work shop and i and my friends never purchase a vehical in varun motors
