I brought my *** 2021 to Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie in early June. At first, it only needed some cosmetic work. However, during the inspection, they informed me that a rear body panel was required, and it would take about two weeks to arrive. But every two weeks, they kept pushing back the delivery date by another two weeks due to it being on back order. They told me there was nothing they could do regarding a loaner car or rental reimbursement. The owner of the body shop even said, "Don't hold your breath" when I asked about the delivery date. It took them two months from the original delivery date to inform me that I could either move my car or wait. They instructed me to contact their corporate company if I needed reimbursement for a rental. I was assigned a case manager who spoke to me once but never called me back. When I called to complain about not being able to reach the case manager, they assigned me a supervisor named ***. He confirmed via email on September 15th that he would be my case manager. I have sent him two emails and called three times, leaving two voicemails, but I haven't received any response.

On 09/10, I got my brand new 2020 *** from this shop, but when I got home, the trim started falling apart. I had to get a new door for my car. I sent the pictures to Ourisman employee ***, and he told me to come back to the shop so they could look at the trim. It's a hassle for me because I live almost two hours away, but I had to go back to get the trim fixed properly. I had to go to the shop three times in total. When I went back the second time, *** passed me on to another employee named ***. This employee came to my car and was really pushy, trying to get me to leave without fixing my vehicle. After he got aggressive, he threw papers into my car and slammed the door in my face. So, I went back to the Dodge location where I bought the car to talk to someone there. They told me that *** was the manager for all the locations in the area. I spoke to him on 09/17, and he said he would call me back.

I bought a certified pre-owned 2019 Chevrolet *** 1500 Crew Cab *** 4WD from Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie at 16610 Governor Bridge Rd, Bowie, MD 20716 on May 6th. After I got the vehicle, my salesman Dwayne M told me to come back Saturday May 9th to get the vehicle cleaned and pick up the second set of keys. Even though the certified pre-owned paperwork said the vehicle has a tow package, it didn't have a hitch. Dwayne had me work with Bill from Automotive Accents in Linthicum Heights, MD to get a hitch installed. Even though the paperwork said the vehicle has a tow package, I paid Automotive Accents $418.70 to get a hitch installed. Before Saturday, Dwayne said his dealership didn't have the second set of keys. He gave me contact info for Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore to get the key from their dealership. After many calls over a week to many employees of Ourisman Chevrolet of Baltimore, they told me they don't have the second set of keys and I need to work through Dwayne who sold me the vehicle. After trying to reach Dwayne a few times a week, on May 18th he told me that a certified pre-owned vehicle doesn't have to come with both sets of keys.

I jus found out dat there be some inquiries on my credit reports from ***, ***, and *** from OURISMAN CHEVROLET OF BOWIE on 12/09. I ain't never had no contact wit Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie, never asked 'bout their services, and definitely ain't given dem permission to look at my credit report. I done sent dem 4 letters through da mail demandin' dat dey remove dem inquiries 'cause dey ain't from me, and I'm worried dat my identity might be compromised. I told dem dey breakin' da law, da FCRA, 'cause dey accessed my credit report without no good reason, 'cause I ain't start dem inquiries. Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie ain't bothered to respond to none of my letters, even though I got proof dey got 'em. It's clear dey don't care 'bout followin' da rules. I hope someone investigates dis, and I hope da company takes dis seriously and removes da inquiry dey started without my permission. I'm hopin' we can work out a solution, but just so ya know, I'm ready to take legal action if we can't fix dis problem.*** Annapolis, MD

Good afternoon, my name is *** and I wanna start from the beginning of everything. We went to the dealership on 4-23-22 and bought a new 2022 Limited Tuscan with wheel locks and all weather mats. The sales team and finance team were great. I originally came in for the *** Hybrid but had to wait a long time. I get my car home, had it for about a week until the front driver seat breaks. I make an appointment 2 weeks out so I can drop it off on a Friday night and have it there for Saturday. Well Saturday comes and goes and here comes Monday and my kids have had to miss school because the bus doesn’t run where I live. I call at 4 to find out where my car is. I get told it hasn’t even been looked at and it will be 6 weeks before they can put it on diagnostics. I said I will have to have a loaner car. Well I was told nothing is available. Now Tuesday I get a hold of Peter the service manager and he is able to get my car on diagnostics. We need to order 1 part and I pick up my car until it come in. However now the seat is stuck so far up my knees are in the dash but hey I have my car. At pick up they couldn’t find my keys, my paperwork, or my car. It took them an hour. I had my husband come in to handle it so I wouldn’t get ugly. The part comes in and my husband makes the appointment to drop the car off. So we go back up there to drop it off the night before. The next day comes and goes, then another day goes and we hear nothing. So finally I get aggravated and call to find out what is going on. Well it wasn’t the fuses or wires under the seat, we need a motor. But no one, not one single soul can pick up a phone when I tried to call. I came back out there to pick up my car because each time my kids have missed school and it's over an hour drive from my house to the dealership. Now they finally get the motor in so we make another appointment and we do our due diligence and drop it off.
