Very bad service! Jimmy Calobrisi is a liar and boor, from the first meeting he started communicating as if I owed him something. It seemed that he didn't want to sell anything but dreamed of me leaving as soon as possible. He made a lot of promises and in the end did nothing. And when I came and asked why he didn't do what he promised, didn't do his job...

Chevrolet of Smithtown I left two $500 deposits on 2 cars

I left two $500 deposits on 2 cars. One car for me to lease and one car for my daughter to purchase. When we went to sign the paperwork the dealer would not sell the car for my daughter at the price we agreed, and added $3,000 to the sale. They also increased the lease monthly payment at signing so because they were not truthful in the sales costs we did not purchase any vehicle from them and they now refuse to credit me back my $1,000.00 deposit.

I was leasing another vehicle from North Shore Chevrolet after turning in my old lease vehicle and receiving a price of 359.00 per month which I agreed to with my salesman that I gave my credit card to put 500.00 down on a 2020 Equinox, my plates where transfer to the new car, now they take me to the Finance Manger, I inform her that I have 2 months left on my lease, she tells me the actual price for this vehicle will be 415.45, and North Shore will only pay your last months lease. I feel this was bate and switch, If the salesman gave me that price I would have said No, and choose another vehicle. North Shore was giving up to 3 months on any turn in lease, so on august ,, I paid for 2 vehicles the 2018 Equinox 309.00, and the new lease 415.45, I feel that I was taken advantage of.

Chevrolet of Smithtown Own a 2013 Silverado 1500 LTZ purchased from the dealer new

Own a 2013 Silverado 1500 LTZ purchased from the dealer new. Truck burns excessive amount of oil. Now at 70,698 miles after replacing number one plug & coil pack, then having a time up in the car, I find out the cylinder is bad. Brought to the dealership. They told me the truck is now 698 miles over the extended warranty. I contacted warranty company, the main Chevy department . They all tell me the truck warranty has expired . The truck is still at the dealership service department after a week and the repair is going to cost me about $4,500. As far as Chevy is concerned this is my problem because there is no recall on the specific VIN number. The truck is a lemon. I was also told that they could not give me a loaner . A week now and I still have to wait for parts to come in and then have the repair done.
