Took our car in to Rod Hatfield Chevrolet for an oil change & tire rotation, and these are the lug nuts that were on our car when we picked it up. Up until the time we dropped it off, it had the factory chrome lug nuts. The service manager is trying to tell me they probably fell off over time, and offered to get me a new set of 20 for around $300. Hi...

Rod Hatfield Chevrolet Paid $2,000 for the to fix a/c, program new remote, and to replace the rotors and break pads

Paid $2,000 for the to fix a/c, program new remote, and to replace the rotors and break pads. They did not fix a/c and they broke door lock. Paid $2,000 for them to fix a/c, program new remoter to unlock and lock doors, and for them to install new brake pads and rotors. When I dropped my truck off my key fob unlocked and locked my doors every time. After I pick it back up from them it would not lock or lock the driver door. They want to charge me $600 more to fix it. They are the ones that broke it. They replaced a condenser. Air condition worked for about 4 days. I took it back to them and they said I now had a weak spot in the air line hose. I think they caused the weak spot when they replaced the condenser and now they will not repair it. In short I'm out 2 grand and the only repairs made are break pads and rotors

Rod Hatfield Chevrolet I bought a new car that didn't come with a feature that I made clear to them was important to me

I bought a new car that didn't come with a feature that I made clear to them was important to me. On 11/2 I bought a 2020 Chevy spark from this business,*** was my salesman. I made it clear that cruise control was important to me and he said we could add that for $300 and he also sold me a clear coat and said he would schedule me to have them done at the same time and would call when the part came in,after about a month of not hearing from them I called them and was told I can't get cruise control but they would upgrade me to a car that had it but I would have to pay more. I would not have bought the car if I had known this upfront. They reimbursed me for the cruise control and clear coat but I am still stuck with a car that doesn't have what I told them was important to me. *** was very rude to me on the phone and almost threatening. They didn't provide me with the sales contract or any warranty information.

New Circle Rd on November 19,2019 to get my 2016 GMC Terrain, check for a factory recall, while waiting in the wat room, a salesman was sitting there to lure waiting customers into test driving Newer Modal Cars. When salesman *** asked us would we be interested in test driving a newer vehicle we, said No... after much convincing we reluctantly said yes , and told him we were both UNEMPLOYED, Mr *** semiretired, no income at this time Witness Sherry *** NOTARY PUBLIC). *** said we're just test driving, after the test he said let me run numbers just to see what payments would look like. Mr *** Stated again that he had no income. He came back and told us he ran a credit check and he was approved, and we didn't have to worry about our final car lease payment and payOff amount to our 2016 GMC Terrain he told us the New Car lease price was the same as what we were paying then he came back with a higher price than we were paying...We were in shock because *** was Unemployed over a year, so Mr *** & Mrs *** asked Him how could he be approved with no job?, Mr *** said that they can use his 2016 Credit info for this 2020 Vehicle, We trusted him and thought maybe it was something New that Credit Companies were doing now in 2019. To, whom this may concern: 232 W New circle road Lexington KY 40511 I will like to file a complaint for ongoing harassment and cyber bullying form an unethical place rod hatfield 232 W New circle road Lexington KY XXXXX. I Ms. ***, seeking emotional stress damages, internet harassment ongoing unwanted emails first it was phone calls, text messages and emails. In fact now email I will not tolerate this type of behavior from no one do you understand I *** I stand proud to defend myself. I *** simply ask for 25.000 in a certified check form. Nonnegotiable this need to stop this email was solely sent to I Ms. *** someone intentionally inserted my info. I have solid proof form my email provider I want that person full name I want that person terminated I want a copy of the video recording were this email was sent from. In the office of 232 W New circle road Lexington KY XXXXX I never shared my recent information they stole, copied my information from my prior ComplaintsBoard.com complaint case number #XXXXXXXX emails I opted out of emails in 2016. This company needs to be held accountable for their action I also have 2 emails that is blocked from printing that I have recorded I have a photo of the employee they sent in my email they are simply barking up the wrong tree.
