I wanted to order a goose costume as a gift. 3 times I pressed order, 3 times “ an error occurred” and “ please try ordering again.” After the 3rd time I thought the site must be down. 10 minutes later I get a notice that I’ve been charged 3 times for the item. I immediately went to their customer service menu and let them know what had happened. The item is still showing as being “in my cart”. Today, about 24 hours later they email me telling me that the only way I would be charged 3 times is if I made an error. I have pictures of the item still in my cart. Really ridiculous to try and scam people into buying their products and then gaslight them saying it isn’t possible that it happened that way.
Recommendation: Find another site to purchase from.
