Chris A and his team at Valley View Home Loans are the real deal. They've been impressing me for years now, and I can't recommend them enough. These guys are honest and trustworthy, which is exactly what you want in a lender.

Valley View Home Loans was used to refinance my home loan. At first, everything went smoothly, but as we got closer to closing, more problems came up. The biggest issue was that they didn't tell me how the money would be disbursed before closing. They also didn't give me the closing disclosures until the morning I was supposed to sign them, and they were backdated by about two weeks. I tried to get answers to my questions, but they just gave me false reassurances. Now, the copies of the documents are missing some signatures from the agent and processor. I've tried to get a complete copy from Valley View, but I haven't been successful yet. We closed on December 7, but I still don't have all the documents I need.
