My man was in the hospital and we got a bill for imaging that didn't match our insurance. We got a notice from Valley Empire Collection saying we owed them money. I called and paid $30 and said I could pay more, but they didn't send anything in writing. I forgot about it and then two months later, cops came to our door with papers saying we owed $153. I called them and they said they don't send reminders. They just want to take your money. The lawyer who owns Valley Empire Collection is a scammer. We had to pay $432 after all the fees. Other people had the same problem. They shouldn't have an A+ rating with ComplaintsBoard.com. They are sleezy.

Hey, my name's *** and I got accounts with Inland Imaging and Avista. I tried to pay off the main amount for all these debts, but they said no. I didn't know that interest was adding up and I called as soon as I got the papers. I reckon paying the main amount is totally fair, especially with all this covid stuff going on and me being a single mom of 3.

They said they can't call people about their debts cuz they have too many accounts. This place should be in trouble with the law. I paid them just to get rid of them.
