I've gotten calls and voice mail from [protected] and [protected] both looking for an Allan Keough and my name is not Allan Keough and wanting this person to contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU/BBB like seriously?. I've filed complaints against these scummy [censored]ers and still get these pieces of [censored] calling me leaving voice mail looking for this clown. I am so sick of these retarded inbred meth smoking [censored]!. The harassment from these parasites continues so i've found this information online

just started working at this new job. a man calls my work. March 7 2023 at 2:43pm looking for my husband. automatically i tell him hes at work. he says he has a business matter that he cant discuss with me, but needs to talk to my husband. i asked him what it is regarding as my business does not do business with the general public. he told me that my husband gave him this number. wrong! this (my work number) has never been given to anyone. my husband doesnt even know my office number.

Please explain yourself. you have no business calling other businesses looking for people that dont even work there.

i will be looking into a lawyer.

I assume CBV is calling me in a collections compacity, but this company is THE MOST unprofessional company I have ever ran into. If they are looking to recover funds, calling and hanging up, or placing me on eternal mute instead of speaking with me as an adult will not get the desired result. If this does not stop, I will spread CBV's name amongst all agencies, such as The Better Buisness Bureau, The Ombudsman, even on Reddit and similar sites so that when someone searches CBV, all that will come up is the horrible truth.
This juvenile behaviour coming from an actual COMPANY is astonishing!

I have been receiving numerous calls on daily bases from CBV collection agency regarding an overdue account to Bell Canada

I’ve communicate with Bell to verify the authenticity of CBV collection, Bell Accounting, Customer service departments affirmed that my account record showing Ø balance

Accordingly, I’ve advised CBV collection to cease calling given that I am not subscriber to Bell services and that my old account record with Bell showing Ø balance

Consequently, CBV collection provided me with the following information:
1) Bell collection reference file # [protected]
2) Bell account issued to Antoine Saleh / Reference Jean Morin
3) Address 1015 Chomedey, Apt. #14 Laval, QC. H7V 3R9
4) Bell services related to internet, phone & TV

As a result I’ve communicated with Bell Fraud department and inform the with the following:
1) I reside at 60, Charlevoix, Kirkland, QC. H9J 2Z4 (since 1981)
2) I’ve never received any invoices related to Bell internet, telephone and TV services
3) I am not a bell subscriber for the past few years
4) My past Bell telephone [protected]

In effort to put an end to the above, Bell Fraud department suggested the following:
1) File a police report for identity fraud
2) Provide Bell Fraud department and CBV collection with police report number
3) Notify Trans-Union's for being a victim of identity fraud
