The company keeps putting medical collection accounts on my credit report that actually belong to my ex wife and her teenage son. I've tried disputing it with the credit bureaus and asking them to remove it, but the company won't fix their error and put these collections on my ex wife's account instead. I'm not legally responsible for her son's unpaid medical bills. If they don't resolve this right away, I'll have to take legal action against these frauds.

I'm writing this review for my son, who asked for a paper statement with balance information to be sent to him regarding billing details. I tried to contact the business, and they said they would mail the statement. However, after waiting for several weeks and not receiving anything, we reached out to them again. When I asked to speak to my son, he got on the phone and requested the statement, but we still haven't received it. We also contacted the hospital where the bill originated from, and they informed us that all of my son's accounts are marked as paid in full. Right now, we only have the name of the collection agency and the bill total that is on the credit report. We don't have an account number or dates of service, etc.
