for and keep harassing me with phone calls and letters. ARS Collections is a total scam and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional and do not care about their customers. Stay away from them if you can!
I got a problem with ARS Collections
I got a problem with ARS Collections. They opened account #4BA*** on 09/08 without asking me and put it on my credit report for $1,031.00. That's fraud and they're violating my rights as a consumer. They didn't even show any proof for this account like they're supposed to under 15 usc 1692g. I want them to take this account off my credit report right away from Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. Plus, I want $1,000 for what they did wrong.

I've been payin on my account even tho it's in collections via billpay. The collections company started callin me sayin I missed a payment. I checked and no payment was missed someone made a mistake. Had my bank verify and yes *** made the mistake and charged me a late fee and advised *** wouldn't adjust the fee. I'm not aware of any additional fees on the account and the account is in collections with ARS. *** didn't even have the correct mailing address in their system when I called for a print out. I don't get statements from *** so how would you charge me a late fee for somethin that was sent.

My wife got a letter from ARS Collections on January 25. It said she owed $5.73 for a bill from *** Medical Clinics. She already paid $9.27, but they said she still owed money. We never got any other letters from ARS before this one. They said they got two accounts from *** Medical Clinic in April and November . But we never got any letters from them before this one. They said they sent letters, but we never got them. If they really sent letters, I want to see copies of them.
