I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at UTV Source. I mean, I've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now, and every time I call, it's the same thing. "Next week, next week." I don't know about you, but I don't have time to wait around for three months just to get a simple answer to my question.

And don't even get me started on the customer service. I finally got through to someone today, and let's just say it wasn't the most pleasant conversation. The lady on the other end of the line was rude and unhelpful, and to top it all off, she hung up on me! Can you believe that?

Overall, I would not recommend UTV Source to anyone. The lack of communication and poor customer service just isn't worth it. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

The only positive thing about my experience with UTV Source is that I used Amazon Pay to make my purchase. I read a review online where someone said that one of their employees had taken credit card information and tried to use it in Dallas, Texas. I'm glad that I used Amazon Pay because it's a secure payment method that protects my personal information.

I told them that if it wasn't two whips, I would prefer a refund. Unfortunately, a week later, I received the package and it only contained one whip. - I had a terrible experience with UTV Source. I ordered a fuel tank and mounting kit for my new side by side in November of 2021. When I inquired about the status of my order in January and March, they couldn't give me any information. Finally, in May, the mounting kit arrived, but there was still no sign of the fuel tank and no status update available.

I decided to send the mounting kit back via USPS, but I didn't track the package. When I called UTV Source on June 27th to ask about the delay on the fuel tank, they told me that it was on backorder. I also mentioned that I had returned the mounting kit in May, but they had no record of it. The customer service representative even questioned why I would send it back if I didn't have the tank yet.

Two months later, I finally received the fuel tank - without any warning or announcement. Keep in mind that I had already paid for everything back in November. To make matters worse, the packing slip in the tank box was completely blank.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with UTV Source. The lack of communication and organization was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
