VirVentures Mail ordered Mezetta Peppers through Amazon

When arrived, it was noted that one (of six) jars had been mis-sealed and the cap was on crooked, allowing almost all the juice to escape. Obviously, not a wise choice to consume the product, at this point.

I immediately sent a note to VirVentures who responded pretty quickly in what I now recognize as a canned reply. After several back and forth and sending the pictures required, and waiting yet another two weeks (it is now about 5 weeks since the original contact) I decided to phone them using their given number. I have been on the phone, waiting for someone to pick up, for over an hour and twenty minutes. I do not expect them to ever answer, at this point.

I would very strongly urge anyone to NOT do business with this company.

Desired outcome: Replace improperly sealed product.

VirVentures Toy horse barn

This is the worse company in the world. I will be getting them banned from amazon by the time that i am done! They say that the package was delivered to my house but the package was never dropped off. They want me to file a police report? for what a package that the delivery service dropped at someone elses house. UM no im not calling police to my house. Then they want me to go pick up report and pay for it... NO SIR! I guess they think that i am stupid and want tp try to delay my refund but um no! You investigate your own services and the drivers that you have delivering these packages. What you are not going to do is waste my time. I will report this everywhere including amazon, bbb, facebook & every site that i can find. Based on all the reviews i have read about this company it looks like someone needs to go out of business. Maybe i should involve some big players in the field! I need answers! You are not going to scam me!

Desired outcome: I want a refund for the item i did not receive and i am a dedicated amazon customer and i have NEVER have any item i have EVER order not get to me!!!!!! I need answers asap or this is not going to be good for this seller!

VirVentures Christmas tree

Ordered a Christmas tree that was described as full, wide tree. Opened up the box and it was nothing like the description. Removed from box to see it was not well made and the branches were thin and very sparse. Put it back box and called Sears where we ordered it and they told us to contact this company for the return. Well Vir Ventures told us we were responsible for the return shipping which cost $200. The tree was over $358.00. Such terrible customer service. They even have a scam that uses their name and said I can return to lowes. Well needless to say it was a scam. They wanted me to purchase gift cards and give them the number of the card. Really unbelievable. The worst company That I’ve ever had to deal with. I can’t tell you how many people me and my daughter have spoken to that said they would help. Never heard back. How dare you take peoples money like this. Disguisting

VirVentures Scam

This company is downright disgusting! Long review but please read and BEWARE! I purchased an island for my kitchen and when I opened it I was very upset to see that several of the pieces were damaged beyond repair. I was even more upset that it was quite clear as you can see in the photos attached that these pieces were broken when they put the pieces into the box. The box itself was not damaged the actual pieces inside were bent, broken and had some sort of dirt/black smudges on them. To start I thought it would be like any other amazon return where i get a label and drop it off and instantly get my refund. NOPE, I had to coordinate with the seller. So after a week of waiting I had to have amazon get involved for them to even respond to me and that is where it gets ugly. I received this “letter” from them which basically stated that I was responsible for the cost of returning this item and it had to be through FedEx. This package weighed well over 100lbs and was in a large box, shipping cost was nearly $400; more then the actual product itself. The letter also stated that in returning the item I was accepting the fact that if the item was returned damaged in anyway I will only get a 10/20/30% refund based on the condition of the product and that I was not entitled to a full refund at all. During this entire MONTH long process I received 2 separate messages from the “manager” with a rather threatening message which was basically written and perceived as “if you don’t remove your negative feedback we will prolong this as long as possible and may not even complete your refund for you.” They wanted me to remove my feedback to give them the “will” to complete this return for me during this “difficult time.” The will to complete this return is that you sent me a completely broken product and you WILL be paying for the return shipping and you WILL be giving me a full refund regardless of the condition you receive it in. Long story short, Amazon got involved made them pay the return shipping and refund me 100%. But it literally took a month and a few threatening emails back and forth with this disgrace of a company. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!

I'm having the almost exact same experience with VirVentures. This is apparently the way they do business. They shipped an incomplete product to me(a vanity missing the sink). VirVentures didn't respond to my messages. I went through Amazon and they finally responded. I'm still getting the runaround from them. I returned the item and then they sent me a message saying that they received the item used and damaged and therefore were charging a restocking fee. Total lie! I never built or used the vanity. I also took photos of the contents and box before I paid to insure and send it back and let Amazon know I have photos. I got the same impression that VirVentures thinks it can blackmail you into removing negative reviews saying that during this "difficult time" negative reviews are bad for their morale. What does that even mean?! I don't really care about your morale when I'm paying for something and your company screws up the order and refuses to acknowledge me with any kind of customer service to try to make things right. I agree stay away from VirVentures they are THIEVES AND SCAMMERS.

Amazon would be wise to drop them as a third party vendor.

VirVentures Ceramic glaze

Advertising something and sending the wrong thing. I ordered 12 pint jars as advertised.. I received 12- 2oz jars. They will not honor the order I placed. Then they gave me a sad COVID related reason I needed

to remove the review and then they would help me. I removed the review. They did nothing. I feel manipulated twice. First by bait and switch tactics and compromising the review process. Scam...

Desired outcome: I want them to Honor the order as placed. I will return the wrong product and upon receipt they will send me the correct item I ordered.

VirVentures Vasagle TV Stand

I bought a Vasagle 50 inch TV stand online through Walmart marketplace on June 9th 2022. When the shipment arrived none of the components contained in the box matched the components pictures in the assembly instructions. When I sent Virventures an email about this they made me take pictures of everything. I took pictures of everything and emailed them the pictures. Virvventures then claimed that they couldn't open the pictures so I uploaded the pictures to a google drive folder so they could view them. After three different phone calls, someone from virventures finally acknowledged that they could see the pictures but said they have to "escalate it to the manufacturer." I am still waiting for them to resolve this and their level of evasiveness at this point does not inspire much confidence.

Desired outcome: A full refund or the correct product.

VirVentures Incorrect Order, False Advertising

Like so many others, I found out too late about Vir Ventures and their unethical sales practices.

This purchase that I made was a scam from the very beginning and I feel worse for being outright lied to even once I became aware of what VIR Ventures was doing, than I do about losing $200.00.

The incorrect item descriptions which is blatant false advertising, failure to offer purchase confirmation info, unavailable delivery tracking info, incorrect product delivery, blatant scam "delivery confirmation email" with the product number and item description that is totally different than what you thought you bought and is sitting on your front porch, contacting them via email to complain about product delivered being different than described, and insulting customer service once you are aware that your complaint email will be ignored

and you'll have to call them... are all something to make your day because you had several hours to kill anyway.

You'll have to call this company VIR Ventures and if you can remain diligent and get through to an actual person... it's just the beginning of the nightmare.

After they've bounced you around to several "departments," they will still make you again email them with your complaint for "review." Don't get your hopes up, they are only going to insult you and offer you a 10% discount to keep the item and "gift it to somebody."

They have already stolen your money and will keep as much as they can "legally" but unethically by making you pay to return the item. That's as far as I have gotten thus far with them at this point. They have not replied to my email with my request for a Return Authorization reference number. From what I've read since I became aware, they will also be charging a restocking fee and/or used product fee, and so from the $200 that I spent to purchase these running boards for my vehicle, I will have spent $50 to return the falsely advertised product and over $100 will be deducted from my refund for opening the box and discovering it was the wrong Item once it was delivered.

So I will probably get refunded a total of $50 from my $200 purchase and have nothing to show for it but wasted money, time and energy to send back a product that they will just scam somebody else with all over again once it's back in their hands!

I looked online immediately after my purchase because I got no confirmation email and the item was "no longer available" because I got the last one (haha.) Well, several weeks later it's back online with the false ad description all over again, showing just how much they care that I made them aware that their description for the item was wrong. Not only do they not care, but it's blatant false advertising and unethical sales practices. I don't know how anybody that works for this company sleeps at night.

Any manufacturer that allows VIR Ventures to sell their product is a company that will no longer get me to purchase the item from them ever again. I don't care if they sell the only food left on earth, I'll hunt my own. I'm also starting my own personal boycott of products with APS and iBoards, whom after I called to inform what happened were polite but showed no integrity or motivation whatsoever to contact this seller and tell them to do the right thing.

I know many companies that have good business ethics and care about the end users of their product, and that is only where my money will go from now on. My current vehicle, and any other vehicle I ever own, will now NEVER have anything manufactured by APS on or in it, and if I ever hear that any of my friends are shopping for their product they'll get an earful from me about my experience and just how disgusted I am about it. I will never buy anything from a company that allows VIR Ventures to be their 3rd party seller for the item I'm shopping. Sorry Sears Holdings, you even had me select my vehicle and confirmed the fitment for this item on your website! I'll never use you again even if you're selling $20 bills for $1! Sorry Walmart, sorry eBay, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, (yes they ALL allow this company VIR Ventures to sell on their platforms) if VIR Ventures is attached to your product, I'm out! I don't care about any of the Money Back Guaranteed policies, if I didn't get back either all of my money for incorrect product delivery OR the right product in exchange for being lied to in a supposed fair seller/buyer platform, what are your ethics for hosting such an environment?

As so many have said, what a shameful and unfortunate situation for all involved. We can only try to help one another by spreading the word. The 10/100 rule still works, it just takes time!

VirVentures False advertising, hassle to return

I purchased a product from this seller on Amazon which came with free shipping. It clearly states that it qualifies for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Not only were they inept in assisting me with cancelling the order, now they want to charge me return shipping and be responsible for any damages. The product is literally still sitting outside my front door (protected from elements) as I don't want it so why unpack it just to repack it to send back, yet they want me to be responsible for any damages. absolutely horrible and dishonest company.

Desired outcome: I want a prepaid return shipping label. I prefer it be picked up from the delivery address, but, I can work around that if absolutely necessary.

VirVentures Virventures canada - pearl mantels

READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY- We bought a mantle in error in the wrong colour off their Amazon web page, so we ordered another. When the first one came in we immediately replied to them to send it back; This is where we were told it was up to us to cover shipping costs, which was an additional $112 dollars. We werent impressed because that wasn't listed on the web page but whatever, we wanted that second mantle! So, we took the first mantle back to the post office (Keep in mind we NEVER EVEN OPENED THE BOX, and the box had no damage), paid the $112 dollars to ship it back and then insured it for the $1000+ dollars it had cost us in the first place. We waited from January 29, to February 14th, 2022 and heard NOTHING from the company. We reached out and they advised us we would need the tracking number to have them look into it to guarantee the refund the money back into our account (that was ANOTHER importantthing they never told us- so we were VERY glad we insured it!). (I don't even think they were expecting us to actually HAVE the number) but we provided it. It took them another day to reply to, where they then told us that it wasn't returned in its original condition and then withheld approximately $160 dollars! BUYER BEWARE - THIS COMPANY IS DECEITFUL AND TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. We will NEVER recommend this company nor deal with them in the future EVER again!

VirVentures Fingertip towel

Ordered a pack of 12 fingertip towels for $26.60.

Received 1 towel and was told that was the complete order.
I have been getting the run-around ever since.

They ask me to submit a photo of the item which they since removed from the Sears web site.

After sending them the photo the requested photos of the towel and the shipping box.

Obviously there was no shipping box, only a shipping bag with one ordinary fingertip towel which normally sells for a little over $2.00

Repeatedly asked for a refund but still keep getting excuses.

This company should be shut down.

VirVentures 2nd item on order not received, but marked delivered

Re: Amazon Smile order#[protected] - placed on Oct. 28, 2021, was for 2 Nautica Compass Candles. ONE candle was delivered on Nov. 4, 2021. Second candle never delivered, yet my order is shown as delivered.
I have written emails to Vir Ventures 11/4, and 11/13, and have only received auto-generated responses saying they are looking into it, or closed for the weekend. I called [protected] (Exec. Cust. Serv.) and waited 75 minutes on queue without even reaching anyone. I called [protected] and the line was repeatedly 'busy' so, no answer there. I called [protected] and this is not a working number. All 3 of these numbers are on Vir Ventures web pages to call for assistance! How can I reach someone and resolve this if none of the methods of contacting this company work? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Desired outcome: I would like to receive the 2nd Nautica Compass Candle I ordered and paid for, or receive a refund for it..

VirVentures A trundle bed frame order #909525494

On May 27, 2021, I ordered a trundle bed from with drawers from a sears.com website. Here is a current look at what I ordered on that website:

It was paid in full with my credit card. On June 15, I received 1 box of 3 for the bed frame wit the following email record :
This is with reference to your order number [protected],
We are pleased to let you know, this item has been shipped to your address via CEVA carriers, under PRO/Tracking ID OV77953391
We request you to please call the carrier on [protected] in order to schedule a delivery appointment for this package.

As I only received just the one box of 3, I contacted the carrier and they said they only received one box, so I started a request through VirVentures to get the rest of my order. It is now 17 emails, 11 phone calls (7.5 hours on the phone - mostly waiting while they look up the order each time) and 6 weeks later. On my last phone call the VirVentures representative said that the manufacturer said I only bought the slats. This is ridiculous as I bought what the sears page advertised... THE WHOLE BED FRAME WITH DRAWERS! I sent pictures and confirmations from my order email and everything. And now I am back to not being able to talk to anyone on the phone because I only get a recording saying they cannot take calls and also got another email with the same verbage as the last 17.
Please someone out there help me get the rest of my bed frame. I am sleeping on a mattress on the floor!

VirVentures Platinum aerotop

Came late. Not complete. Missing most of the parts. Will not answer phone. Mailbox full. I sent pics like they wanted. Gave my phone number 8 times. No contact. Emails they send are a smoke screen. I want my money back. Unprincipled and unprofessional. Needs to be closed down to stop them from doing this again. Seems to be a pattern with this company though

VirVentures Order #[protected]

Ordered Jan 12 2021 and never received 24 bottles of Pinesol off the walmart website.
January 29; 2021 received 2 bottles damaged.
Contacted in February virventures at which time they said they would give me a refund for inconvenience and asked if I still needed the product. They asked if I still wanted the product at which time I said yes. It is now end of April and I haven't received anything.
I'm still awaiting the 22 bottles you short shipped me. Please
Let me know when I can expect them or give me a refund for the full 24 bottles.

VirVentures 32" and 60" TV stands

On October 30th, I made an order through Amazon for two 32" TV stands and a 60" TV Stand with a fire insert. One of the tv stands was damaged and missing parts. I contacted the seller VirVentures about the problem. They said for me to send them a picture of the damage, which I did. Then I had to turn around and contact them about the missing part. I was informed that they will take care of it as soon as they conduct an investigation. Then on November 17th, I received the fire insert for the 60" TV Stand. When I called them about it, they told me that I did receive the 60" tv stand. And for me to check with my family members and my neighbors to see if they got it. I send them the video showing that the FEDX delivery was only the fire insert plus I was home all-day. The person that I always talked to name was Bradon and that he will pass it on to Mr. Partridge. I contacted Amazon and they told me not to contact the seller anymore and that they will take care of it. Not even 5 minutes later I receive an email that my claim is denied. After sending Amazon also pictures and video I could not understand how my claim is denied. I have been very patient with them but now enough is enough. I have been fighting with these people since November of last year. The 32" tv stand cost $467.21 and the 60" TV stand cost 697.55. So now I have a tv stand that I cannot put together and a 60" tv stand missing. In the videos, you can see that there is no way that is a 60" tv stand.

Desired outcome: Refund all of my money or replace the 32" tv stand and the 60" tv stand.

VirVentures Dining table and chairs

The Chairs are clearly a return. There is small damage nicks and dents, The big damage is on the legs a rather big sliver / chunk is missing. I'm very disappointed that it was sent this way. I hope we can get this resolved as quickly as possible.

VirVentures Mirror

I ordered a dresser and mirror... Received only the mirror - they claim that I didn't order both, but when I went back on the website, the mirror alone was less. I am attaching a snap shot of the website that shows the dresser and mirror. Anyway, I returned the mirror and they refuse to return my $223.94 because they received it back broken... I never even opened the box... So I did not even know it was damaged. But either way, that is on them as I would have returned the damaged item anyway.

Desired outcome: I would like my money back.

VirVentures Dog hoodies sizing disparity and poor customer service

This company does not disclose the sizing disparity of there products versus other companies. If you order from this company, order several sizes larger. A Miniature Schnauzer normally wears either a medium or a large, depending on how big the pet is. I have 4, and two of them wear medium, and the other 2 wear large. Through this vendor, a medium is extra small and the large is just as bad. The company has offered to accept as refund if I pay return shipping, and I am a Prime member. The company needs to disclose the sizing issues and all I will say is "BUYER BEWARE" Will not do business with this vendor again, very poor customer service and items are not as should be. Contact PetEdge and look at dog hoodies and you will get the actual normal sizing. If I could give less than 1 star, such as a negative 5 stars, I would. I have contacted seller through Amazon for a refund and very unhappy with the lack of response. Will contact Amazon for help Unfortunately, Amazon is not going to help with issue. The A to Z claim process is a farce. I have explained, I do not have capabilities to print anything and I am being penalized for that, not only by Amazon, but by VirVentures as well. Neither are very good to do business with
ORDER # 114-8737321-4658657 placed on 9/29/2020. I informed both the seller and Amazon that I do not have a printer to print the label that was sent, but fell on deaf ears, so now I am out the $52.71 and have 3 dog hoodies that are useless because of the sizing disparity.
