Utah Community Credit Union (uccu.com) is a pretty good place to bank at. They got all the basic stuff you need like checking and savings accounts, loans, and credit cards. The website is easy to use and you can do most of your banking online if you want to.

I've had a few issues with them in the past, like when they charged me a fee for something I didn't think I should have been charged for. But when I called them up and explained the situation, they were pretty nice about it and refunded the fee.

It was 30 days late and they messed up my credit score and didn't even try to help me out. They said they were doing me a favor by not charging me the late fees they assessed while I lose 50 points off my credit score for less than $20. I was pretty upset about it and I don't think I'll ever bank there again. I've been telling everyone I know about how bad UCCU is and I even took the time to register for all these review sites just to warn people. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with what I went through.
