This is not the first time I have purchased from useviral when we pay we immediately get a confirmation email. I purchased 1500 watch hours for my YouTube Channel The hiddentruthmotivations from Useviral's website on 29th Nov 2023 according to Indian standard time, 10:47 the purchase was made and my money was deducted from this account I didn't recieve any confirmation email like I always do . The order was of 189.5 dollars and as per conversation rate and transaction price

16, 459.08. An error occured on the website. There was no confirmation mail with order Id like I usually recieve after that nor did the service start We tried to contact them through mail but they did not confirm anything neither did they provide our order I'd . They just simply asked if we require the service on any specific video. Without a confirmation they have not provided receipt of my payment and my watch hours service has not been started

The number they had provided was of Vietnam and no one picked it up

We ordered their services, and waited 20 days but never received any service. So we contacted customer support and were informed the service we ordered was no longer available.The customer support confirmed a refund will be offered in 5-7 business days. We waited another 20 days, didn't receive any refund. Again, we had to contact customer support, then they informed us they don't offer a refund because "it passed 30 days".

This is a complete spam service, please stay away. We will also file a complaint to BBB for this spam service.

I wanted to test their services on one of my YouTube accounts. I purchased a number of subscribers at first, in early June and the response was fast. So I decided to also buy watch hours. For 1000 watch hours again, they were fairly fast, with over 150 watch hours in every 24 hours upon checking via the YouTube Studio application/interface. I then purchased, in late June watch hours worth of nearly USD 200. It is July 6th and my order is not completed. The reason I wanted to buy watch hours was so that I wouldn't have to wait - but it looks like I have to wait regardless. I am giving them another 3-4 days. If they do not complete my order, I will start a full force campaign, in an attempt to stop them.

Side note - since using their services, my view count is going crazy up or crazy down the following day, so something is definitely fishy about their services. I contacted them but they only get back with automated emails.

yo, so i tried out useviral.com and tbh it was a waste of my time and money. i thought i was getting some legit engagement for my social media but turns out it all disappeared super fast. and when i tried to get some help or a refund, they just brushed me off like it was no big deal. like, excuse me? i worked hard for that money and now it's just gone? nah, not cool. so yeah, save yourself the trouble and don't bother with useviral.

I tried Useviral for a month and it was a total waste of money. Their followers are all fake and bots, and they don't even engage with your content. I also tried Sidesmedia, their other website, and it was the same story. I don't know how they're still in business.

I wouldn't recommend Useviral to anyone. Save your money and invest in real marketing strategies. Don't fall for their fake promises and sponsored reviews. It's just a scam.

I hope Visa will blacklist them soon, so they can't scam anyone else. It's not fair that they're taking advantage of people who are trying to grow their social media presence. Stay away from Useviral and Sidesmedia. They're not worth your time or money.

So, I decided to give Useviral a try and bought 5 Facebook accounts for only 8 bucks. But, to my dismay, I haven't received my order yet. I tried reaching out to their customer support, but they haven't given me any response yet. I even sent them a picture of the money they took from me, but still no answer. I even went ahead and reported them to the FBI and BBB, because, like, this kind of business should not be allowed to operate.
