I have been victimized by this Company. I have never had access to the online or web portal. No one in customer service ever answers the phone. on 08/01/2019 my an amount of $204.82 was taken out of my account by an unknown source. I want to dispute this transaction but I have not been able to access any one in the customer care or support. Lines have been Down since August 2016,

    Let me know if you have any results or who you have contacted outside of this Bank. Apparently thousands of Americans are being affected right now.
