Geek Squad

I took my computer into the local Best Buy for service with the Geek Squad and was not issued a ticket and was told I would be called that night. this is the 3rd time I was bringing my computer in for the same problem plus 2 other problems. it has not been fixed either time.  I did not get any emails or phone calls. the technician avoided me when i was in the store, why?   this is not the first time i have had a completely frustrating experience with these people yet maybe the worst.
