I placed an online order that Menard's website switched to the wrong store. When I noticed immediately after placing the order, I tried to contact them to change or cancel the order, but the only contact method is a general email request and they have no phone number. It took 24 hours for them to reply, in which time the order was placed into staged status. They are now refusing to change the shipping location or cancel the order, even though this is a stocked item in their DC and is not scheduled to be delivered for 5 more days.
Claimed loss: $184 due to lack or Customer service response
Desired outcome: Simply change the ship-to location or cancel the order. The delivery truck is going past (maybe even stopping at) the store I need it delivered to.
