I had my 2016 Keystone Impact 361 in for bearing repack and dewinterization exactly 2 years ago at the selling dealer in Saukville. I am cognizant of the many poor reviews so when it came time to do some regular maintenance this year I took it to Burlington rv. Burlington found The bearings installed two years ago are scored and seized because they were the wrong size, and my trailer brake wiring had never been reconnected after being inspected. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phones or return a call in Saukville, any every person, including the GM and service manager is new. What should have been a $300 maintenance is now a $1000 maintenance because of the labor required to remove and replace the overheated (basically welded in place) bearings and to reconnect my trailer brake wiring. I have messages in to the (new) GM, the (new) service manager and CW Customer Service. Stay away from Camping World anywhere, but most particularlySaukville, Wisconsin!
